A relief package for all of Europe would mean vacuuming up all of its toxic debt into one big pile and letting businesses go their normal way. But this won’t be the choice for cautious politicians ahead of the elections across Europe.

Soon the ECB might have no choice but do what the US fed did and write a cheque for at least a trillion euro, or maybe 2trln euro to completely recapitalize the banking system in Europe. It would take out all of the toxic debt and then manage that as a separate pool of assets, Chris Weafer, the chief strategist at Troika Dialog, explained tohttp://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gif Business RT.

But until the Presidential elections in the US, and Angela Merkel is re-elected as German Chancellor, the authorities won’t be taking such painful and radical steps, Troika Dialog expert added.

Basically Europe will remain fighting fires and inject new money into infected economies, with a more permanent decision unlikely to come until 2013, Weafer suggests.

Since it’s difficult to imagine a worse scenario for Greece that it is currently following, the bigger issue now is what happens to the market for Credit Default Swaps (CDS), should Greece suffer a technical default, Weafer explained.

“If there’s a technical default, it completely undermines the whole CDS market, which is the basic risk insurance on the bond market globally,” which is a multi trillion dollar business, says Weafer.

The fellow from London represents Europe and is the top dog ---- and his life has been threatened by the bad guys over and over. He is the final one to sign. My respect and appreciation for his diligence on this matter.

2) Financial Markets -- Also been advised that Greece was the holdup. They and Ireland have thumbed there noses at the 'fake fraudulent debt' of the Dark Cabal Bankers. The Euro and the markets shall CRASH on Monday, 3-12-12 and/or early next week. The fake paper derivatives from the dark cabal bankers are one of the primary causes. These markets and the dark bankers are to fail to bring on the new global financial marketplace. Don't believe the dis info by the mass media press - it is to crash.

Notice how many top level bankers all over the world have resigned lately? It is in the hundreds. What do they know or more important -- what have they been told?

3) NEW BANKING PROGRAM AND RV

When the markets crash, the New GOLD Backed currency system will be presented as the solution. It is all already in place worldwide and awaiting the Official Announcement from London early next week, hopefully

on Monday. This Announcement of the GOLD BACKED CURRENCIES and Basil III banking will include the announcement of the Global Revaluation of Currencies otherwise known as the RV. The RV of the Iraq Dinar is included and most probably may show up on the banks Monday Morning here in the USA.

4) PP Prosperity Programs Deliveries

The P/F Penalties & Fines portions (USA Only) of the programs must go out before the RV. When the RV is announced on Monday (hopefully), the PP P/F letters have been delivered already and a certain percentage has been signed off in the bank.

Last week I was advised it was to be announced this week. Obviously there was a delay and it now appears the Greece situation was one of the causes. INTEL ON ARRESTS - GATES, GEITHNER, KISSINGER --- MUST READ

George Bush Sr. under questioning revealed that Bill Gates’s team was responsible for the software controlled hacking of the accounts. Over 40 trap doors were discovered that directed stolen funds to be deposited in offshore accounts of Bush Sr, Obama and others. These have been found and plugged by the White Knights Computer Experts with Galactic Assistance.

Bill Gates was flown to China for a nasty confrontation on the matter.

It is alleged that Bill Gates is now under arrest & protective custody. He is alleged being charged with over 30 counts of treason. It also alleged that Bill Gates was the one delaying the RV as he had control of the red button which interfered with the processing.

It is also alleged that Henry Kissinger is under arrest as well as many of the Dark Cabal Families.

Roubini predicts eurozone collapse; world markets will follow

Noted American economist Nouriel Roubini says the eurozone is in the midst of crumbling, and with the rest of the world’s future at stake with a potential collapse, they might want to listen up — Roubini has been right before.

Speaking privately at a get-together this week at his apartment, those in attendance have since leaked that Roubini, who manages the Roubini Global Economics firm, has low-expectations for resurgence in the eurozone. According to the economist, a collapse is imminent as the economy overseas gets more chaotic.

There is a “significant risk of a Eurozone breakup,” sources say Roubini told a handful of select party guests recently, reports the Business Insider. Adds the economist, if the Eurozone goes under, “everything around the world goes sour.”

Roubini has claimed that in the past he correctly predicted both the housing market crash and the worldwide recession, the aftermath of both is still evident in the crises across the globe. For his forecasting, Roubini has earned the title “Dr. Doom” from members of the media, who look to him for economic outlook and have been met with not-so-optimistic — and correct — assumptions from the analyst in the past. As the American economy continues to show slumping statistics and the unemployment rate stays at or above a stagnant 9 percent for months, a collapse across the pond could cause a catastrophe for the world economy.

Sources say Roubini announced, "If the Eurozone blows up, it all gets worse."

Less than two weeks ago, Roubini had predicted that the odds of a eurozone collapse were one-in-two.

“Unfortunately, in my view there is a risk, at least a 50 percent probability, that in the U.S., in the eurozone, in the United Kingdom, and in most advanced economies, the future in the next 12 months might suggest a recession, a downturn, rather than reacceleration of growth,” Roubini said on October 24 to Bloomberg.

According to The Jakarta Post, that same day Roubini hypothesized dire conditions for the Chinese economy, noting that most of their gross domestic product is made through exports. Beijing and Washington have been at odds in recent weeks about a tariff that could raise the price of Chinese goods coming into the States and could cause economic woes for both nations.

This week, the Business Insider reports that Roubini remains pessimistic about the future of China and says a build-up of non-performing loans at the banks and a large governmental debt will cause major problem in 2013, if not sooner.

More massive changes took place this past week, even as I writing to you last week program funds were loading up into countries and in the revalue of the country's currency. Then pinging began in response to the reception...computers talking to each other all over the planet. Of course the us was last to respond and not in a timely manner either...it took til thurs for the us to respond. Of course I saw and heard everyone blaming mr Obama for it...(as usual). Much to the rue of those who were trying with all their might to get rid of him with some trumped up stuff, those who are in the nosebleed seats watching over all this stuff, found the real source of the problem...it was bernanke holding out for a higher return on the dinar. I understand mr Maliki used his red phone to call the us, he wasn't waiting around while the us drug it's feet and let them know, he had the world's backing and could proceed on his own and did. At that point the us might as well 'ping' back, the hold out wasn't going to work. Busted...as I said many years ago, the us doesn't run the world, it just thinks it does. We are beholden to so many out there in the world, for turning america into the las vegas of the world. The tea party's basic concepts are wrong, thinking we can default and go it alone. Many things happened after the revolutionary war that would require a good look at the congressional records before assuming anything.

This gives an idea of how much tax money has been put here as a result of these various programs. Money that went or soon will be into the us treasury, and not a cent out of the the citizen on the street. So what purpose will the irs serve? Bush and Sec. Paulson knew this but couldn't ever get at it. The dancing around in congress is a joke, if you knew these basics. Some politicians know what's up and others have no clue, Biden has known of this for years but goes into silence at the very mention of these programs to be dispensed to the public. Reagan help set the us into a position to receive which, earned him a bullet for his efforts, he 'sinned' against the military industrial complex..trying to put the constitutional treasury back online and get rid of the fed. Same people that called Jacob Rothschild a traitor when he signed off on the fed in '09. It is important to look at ALL the information and not read it under your personal limited view of the whole. Opinions are like fly crap, in other words. Gonna remain a neanderthal because you understand that life and try to drag that ideology fwd anyhow, tho the world has changed? ET's have been around for a long time so what are you going to do when the government finally says, 'yea it's all true, sorry about that not telling you thing?

It isn't just money being shared across the planet, it's all the info about to be dumped and how we as citizens fit in. Some have had a vested interest in you remaining ignorant and have fought hard to keep the status quo. The tech alone, will blow people's minds, that's what I meant, we're leaving 'flintstone world and going to the 'jetson's. We must become adults and grow up, the universe is vast. The young one's are ready and upon them is the responsibility of leading the world into the future. There's a reason some folks are contrarians. If you know something, you got to stick to it, no matter what you get called. You push the envelope of accepted beliefs. You end up with antigravity devices, Ipods, cell phones, cars that run on water, non invasive surgery and medicine and eventually with world peace. Solve the 'reason' for all this unrest and you end up curing the patient. A society has to make the hard choice to divorce itself from back ward thinking. They have been telling us for years, to gain freedom it requires blood to be shed, that's neanderthal thinking. It only requires that one not take more than he's entitled to. Fairness, treating your neighbor as you treat yourself. Leave your friend's wife alone. Control yourself. So many things are just basic, get your operating principles in order and problems dissipate.

The principles behind this whole change in the world are based on what's fair. Leaving no one standing above the other in subservience. What a novel idea, eh? The idea of total freedom for everyone is a scary thought to some. The concept of there's 'nothing like an idea whose time has come' has been at the root of why this whole shifting of the wealth of the world thing is so powerful and can't be stopped, despite the naysayers. Why is it so easy to believe the dark holds the power? Or that we shall forever be under the thumb of the less than nice folks? What if they are louder than everybody else is right now, so like the squeaky wheel gets all the attention. I've heard more nonsense come out of people's mouths in the last months than the law allows. How did slave owners work tirelessly to end slavery? Lincoln went to ending it and a war broke out in the country, inspired and funded by queen victoria by the way. Some things were in grade school history classes. Ever wonder why they want to defund education, remember the dumbing down of america? So many students today would flunk my 7th grade civics tests. That I could still pass, by the way.

So yes, I did this my way. Information has been given to me, I had to find a way to dispense it, without uncovering anybody in the background. There's a person who was deciphered my cryptic statements over there years and I thank him for his patience, in the fielding of questions that commonsense could have broken. As I told my own, 'you're not using my brain, you got one, use it'. Each one of the readers of this message is going to have to use the sense the good lord gave you in the coming time, big brother will no longer have the ability to rule your thoughts, ala 1984. You'll have to go with your own flow. I like to call them the yapping dogs, constantly yapping telling you of some fear you need to be mindful of. Stop reacting to menacing shadows. Calm will be needed to negotiate thru this brave new word. The flip to the new banking system happened monday for the world, it just hasn't been publicly told yet. Can't back up either. We are well on the way thru that door and some 'feel it' but can't put a finger on it. That's ok, it's not like they want stuff in the public before they are ready. However if you haven't been paying attention you may be gobsmacked by what you're about to see.

Seems to line up with my previous blogs on May 15th deadline for the Arab Summit in Bagdad, Iraq and Benjamin Fulfords I will post above from Monday I was going to post just before John Machaffie did then saw he did so I let it go. And lining up with Sheldan Nidles latest on Tuesday also saying by summer which I have been informed is 6-21 just as Ben said.

Now for the lot of you that think here we go again, I know and sometimes have the same thoughts, but if I did not KNOW I would not blog it. Now to KNOW is like when I was praying rain (so many times including for 19 days in a row then stopped and it stopped) and UFOs about 10x and just how I heard we create via the Law of Attraction as it says in the Conversations with Gods 3 parts by Neal Donald Walsh. (I had read some of in 2008 and in the last week or so listened to all 3 parts on audible.com where you can get your 1st ever for free then about $15 each.) The only thing is with manifesting you do not know when it will happen exactly. You KNOW and then let go, which is another law of creation shared by Hicks (as I have also been listening too lately from audible.com.). Know the power of consciousness/feeling/love is the real power. So with the times we are in per Ian Lungold it is inevitable, but the only question is what do you choose? If you choose doubt then you are creating that through the law of attraction. Worse still is what you resist persists. This is is why I choose not to blog what I use too. I choose not to focus on the dark and problems and what they are doing. That only feeds their cause. I choose to accept my thoughts, feelings and emotions create my reality. This is why I share with you what I do, so we can create this together.

After years of hearing, the frenchman hasn't been paid yet and knowing weren't going to see nothing until he was, I finally heard the magic words, He swiped his card for the 3rd and final time. His money was from some gold certificates that had been stolen and given to citi to recoup their losses. It took somebody with deeper pockets than anyone over here to make them give up and return his certificate to him. Nothing like a threat with teeth behind it from someone who'll use them.

As the old myths go, dragons live in caves and sleep on their treasures, from what's coming at me, they've all woke up and have come out of their caves. Rather cross too. Don't think I'd wanna be in anybody's shoes who was the source of irritation to them. The east has risen and here comes the sun. Not one cent that goes to the programs or the f&p was used to handle the lien money, to pay the 3 countries. People have been taught to believe in finite amounts, not enough for this and that I assure you that is inaccurate, there's plenty for everyone. Just from my own research I've totaled 100 zeros that back up this world banking change with precious metal to boot.

There's an infrastucture problem all over right now, that problem is the first thing being addressed and along with it these hungry and diseased children. The middle east will be a different place. The problems have nothing to do with Islam, it has to with greed. BTW obama can't be a moslem he loves ribs..can't be moslem and tear the ribs up, pigs are 'unclean' and orthodox jews don't mess with pork either. Surprised some of these christians haven't figured that out yet. They aren't like catholics with no meat fridays, a somtimesy thing in my neighborhood, some didn't like fish. As I was saying, the middle east is going to shift a lot faster than anyone thinks money can be frozen quickly and be transferred into more needy hands.
Money, a decent living will bring calm a whole lot faster than speeches about good intentions. Ever notice how jesus was always feeding people? It's the fastest way to get somebody's attention...jeeze how many men got lassoed after church and an invite to the house for dinner?

There's been no further mention of the announcements but you can rest assured they are coming quickly, you all have to be made aware of the new banking system which is global. Thanks for the post Steve. My contact in Iraq has been 100% right on so far and I think we can all take comfort in that. Last night, the parliament meant again to supposedly vote on the remaining cabinet positions. There was no tv coverage so my contact went to bed at 1am. He is going to call his contact in Baghdad this morning to find out what happened. He will call me as soon as he hears something. The budget is officially done and now the GOI is about to be completed. Parliament is the main body for voting on the budget and GOI. Some people feel the GOI has to be done before the budget can be approved but that was wrong. Parliament is complete and they are the ones that vote on approval of both. As soon as I hear anything I will share this info with everyone. If anyone has any important questions, I will do my best to answer them. Blessings to all. It is almost over.

At Least 10 States Have Introduced Gold Coins-As-Currency Bills

Legislators in at least ten states have introduced bills in the past few years to allow state commerce to be conducted with gold and silver.

As we reported, Georgia state Rep. Bobby Franklin (R) recently reintroduced legislation to force his state to conduct all monetary transactions with U.S. gold or silver coins -- including the payment of taxes.

The Georgia bill has a long way to go before become law -- but it's by no means the only state that's considering a future in gold. Lawmakers in Montana, Missouri, Colorado, Idaho, Indiana, New Hampshire, South Carolina, Utah, and Washington have proposed legislation, mostly in 2009, to include gold and silver in its accepted currency forms.

Constitutionaltender.com, a site dedicated to tracking and promoting these bills, explains:

The United States Constitution declares, in Article I, Section 10, "No State shall... make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts". But, in fact, EVERY state in the United States of America DOES make some other "Thing" besides gold and silver coin a "Tender in Payment of Debts" -- some "Thing" called "Federal Reserve Notes." Thus the need for the "Constitutional Tender Act" -- a bill template that can be introduced in every state legislature in the nation, returning each of them to adherence to the United States Constitution's actual legal tender provisions.

The site's Facebook page says all donations to the group go to RightMarch, a conservative 501(c)(4) that describes its goal as to "counter the well-financed antics of radical left-wing groups like MoveOn.org, by appealing to the grassroots "silent majority" to take action." RightMarch is run by Bill Greene, who ran for Congress in Georgia in 2008.

This idea of using gold and silver as currency has recently enjoyed a bit of a renaissance -- Fox Business' Stuart Varney and Andrew Napolitano, for example, recently debated whether the country should return to using gold as everyday currency. Gold vending machines had already been operating in some European countries and the United Arab Emirates before one recently opened in a Florida mall. And, of course, there's Glenn Beck's consistent touting of the gold seller Goldline on his radio show.

In recent interviews, Congressman Ron Paul has been promoting the idea of legalizing competing currencies in the process of diffusing the Federal Reserve’s monopoly over money.

As the Fed’s strongest political critic, Paul will now be in a position as the new Chairman of the House Subcommittee on Domestic Monetary Policy to enforce more transparency and push for alternative currencies to compete with the dollar.

Already, his unprecedented measure to audit the Fed was passed in the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. Despite being a watered down version from the original with 300-plus cosponsors in the House, it will still accomplish more transparency of the Fed. Paul has also introduced a lesser-known piece of legislation that he says is vital to reforming monetary policy and restoring economic freedom: the Free Competition in Currency Act of 2009 (HR 4248).

The premise of this bill is that private or public monopolies are naturally destructive to freedom, especially when that monopoly can legally counterfeit the nation’s currency with little oversight. Paul says during his floor statement to introduce the bill that the Federal Reserve is a “dangerous organization” that “does not allow competition because they know they can’t compete.”

Bill HR 4248 will essentially do three things: 1) repeal legal tender laws to remove the monopoly control of the Federal Reserve, 2) legalize private mints to issue coins to be controlled by anti-fraud and anti-counterfeit laws, and, 3) remove taxes from precious metal coins to ensure fair competition among new currencies.

Paul adds that it will provide a smooth transition away from the Fed, pointing out that “if nobody wanted to use them (competing currencies), they wouldn’t have to, and everybody could be happy with the Federal Reserve. They will be replaced with constitutionally acceptable NESARA President and Vice President Designates, thought to be Congressman Dennis Kucinich (Democrat - Ohio) and Congressman Ron Paul (Republican - Texas). There will be new Presidential and Congressional elections within 120 days of NESARA's announcement. These elections will be carefully monitored to prevent vote theft and other illegal election activities by special interest groups.

New hitherto suppressed technologies such as free energy devices, pollution cleanup equipment and sonic healing machines will be released for the use of all.

CMKX, Global Settlements of $47 Trillion + of which $27 Trillion to go to US and when the Iraqi Dinar revalues it will be even more with $14 Trillion in Connecticut Trust to go to US Corporations' and US Citizens (I am guessing not the actual US Corporation), at 1hr11min our newly reseated Republic for the united States taking over the Treasury and new precious metal backed Treasury Notes. 1hr14m IQD seized from Illuminati, (lol as I think I reported below that Bush had pallets of IQD in Jordan immediately after the RV their and had it seized, lol.
