Some of you know and for those who don't, banks in this country are changing to treasury banks this weekend. I've already told you what time it is for the fed. It's so hard for americans to come to grips with the fact, the fed isn't running anything. Soon, you will be hearing that we've returned to the constitutional treasury, you know, where it has precious metal backing the currency. What reagan tried to do and got shot for his attempt, is happening under this current administration. Kept silent from the people is how many attempts that have been made on this man's life to prevent the same thing. This time people with bigger teeth are at work to stop any interruptions in the conversion process. The line is in the rock and that's it, like it or not. From that point on, there will be some disorder because, many preconceived notions will be destroyed as having no merit. The sleeping giant shall awaken from it's fitful dreams.

You have free will and it will be personal to you, as to what you will do with all of this stuff when the moment strikes. You can either lose your mind and act out, or sit and contemplate and move on. The funds will be a great incentive to 'reason' first. This is a lost art with this constant pounding from the media. The right wing wants to go back to the past, tho the bridge was taken out, so it will be impossible. They won't tell their supporters that but it sounds good to the people. Money supply is the determining factor, no matter what they say. This is no longer an island that can do what it chooses. Others with a longer and more powerful ability are the ones at work preparing this country and the world to step into the future. After they've seen and watched, what these guys have done with the chances they were given, 'daddy has taken the t-bird away'. I was shown a doc a bit ago, with a loan of gold given to washington, dated 1786, by a chinese trust. This story is long and deep. All they tell us about is those rotten 'commies', nothing could be further from the truth. Even if McCain would have won the elections, he'd have been faced with the same thing..the Truth..and miss bendy straws with him. Once one enters the white house all a sudden the world view changes, it isn't quite the same as you believed.

Religion is getting an upfront and personal too. All heads of all religious faiths will be called to the big tables where the archives will be brought out and opened, more uncomfortable stuff will have to be dealt with, basically, no more wars fought in the name of whatever deity they have been telling folks who's running things. You can't fight the Creator's war, the best is act ignorant. They have created God in their image anyhow and that is an impossible task when you're talking about the Infinite with a finite mind. The right is out here wanting to 'let them eat cake', how does that square up with the Master's teachings? My kingdom is no part of this world. So much for 'politrix'. I am adding something to this newsletter for you to contemplate. It's about a hypothetical interview with Jesus...think about it.

This is a working weekend for the bankers as they prepare for what is going down now. I'm outside the thick doors but I am getting the minutes, when somebody steps out to use the bathroom from time to time. Hold onto your hats, this is going to be a wild ride. You've never seen nothing like this before.

2. Fear was used at first. FEAR is the greatest seller of anything….

No real fast immediate solution….just lots more of education and work and assembling and teaching of what went wrong and how it must be to be right and if you support his method and have faith and the promises of many new things that he will surely discover yet if we are patient ….that we can benefit from it as times moves on.

5. What it seems like they are proposing. Putting out a new plan where the militias are running everything. I can’t answer that for sure, but that is what I am gathering.

6. Questions: Around the 41 minute and 45 seconds mark. Charles Wright starts asking questions. When CW was almost to his last question he was cut off and he could not get back onto the call from his line. He calls Kelby Smith to request to get on the call. Kelby conferences him on the call. Mind you. What you start hearing after this is CW and Carol (2 bodies whom were on the executive committee and on every executive committee call) have comments (in the background) on Kelby’s cell line about the stuff that Regan and others are saying.

that explains his position regarding the move that Regan and Tom made. We will categorically cover the points.

Peace and Friendship – Tim first off is leaving the door open for people to come back into the fold with Republic of united States, the restored america plan. He wishes all well and hopes some day they return. We applaud the tone of peace and friendship loudly. Now to some details.

Dale Livingston – Well folks how many of you were the same person say 13 years ago? Not too many, huh. We are all aware that Livingston (allegedly) wrote the torture piece and he did so with a disclaimer. Tim said was a warning sign. OK, sure enough. He said he has to stay away from the man until his intel sorts this out as to what is going on with this fellow. He cautioned others to do so and not even dial in to his calls. Whoa!! This is now getting ugly.

Where was Tim 13 years ago? Perhaps a director of FEMA? FEMA is not a nice organization. So we should forgive Tim and not be open minded to Livingston because of what he wrote with a disclaimer many years ago and was in fact removed from the website although I do not know when. Remember a director of FEMA is in action mode, a writer of the torture piece was not in action mode just using the pen. I think saying Gee I do not know what to make of this fellow Livingston yet. He wrote a controversial piece many years ago that could be construed by the ABC people as a bad thing. It has also been removed from the net and is found only in the way back machine. This was Tim hitting hard and driving people from Livingston based on not much. This I did not like.

Are we supposed to think that setting up a de jure alternate government and trying to fund it is something the same de facto people who are supposed to be distrustful and scared of Livingston are going to think is just fine constitutional behavior. If this was the case the sovereigns would be victorious in the de facto courts wouldn't they? Both threats are the same to them. They do not want to see their wealth and power go away. They want a one world order to remove any threat of competition. Regan did say the FBI was calling him numerous times wanting assurances about the de jure interim government. Rodney Dale was educating grand Jurors about what to do if the FBI questioned them. I have no reason to believe these were lies. I heard grand jurors filing abdication notices in the public record renouncing their grand jury membership to possible circumvent problems. With Livingston lets evaluate the message he is delivering not something he wrote years ago.

Militia versus Military – Is there really a difference? Come on. I would like to hear the difference please (staff@panamalegal.org). Livingston and Regan concept is what they say the military proposed. Tim says the military says they approve of his plan with the interim government. Duh. Something is wrong. Either the military is split or lying or someone else is. Use your own discernment and prayerfully decide. All cannot be right. Something is amiss. Historically have there been other misrepresentations made before? The Livingston Regan plan has the military submitting to the state militias. These state militias can be like what, three housewives with strollers and babies in each state and the military can submit to them. Get it. It could also be millions of militia members out there now, or both. Both are relying on military support. Big difference is Livingston method will bring in a massive amount of people to partake in state assemblies and support them. We need massive amounts of people. The bigger you get the better it is. The concept is the existing militia can merge right in which does not mean shooting. The concept of a state militia is constitutional and lawful and should not be shied away from any more than the second amendment or the fifth amendment.

Bottom Up and Full Disclosure – We applaud Tim's efforts to go bottom up and drop the executive council. We also applaud the Regan plan with the bottom up aspects and full disclosure with no need for secrecy. This plan will bring in other groups and the size should hit six digits any day if not already. It is already out of hand too big as far as the de facto would view it. I heard estimates of up to 50,000 on their last call. Even if it was 15,000 that is still massive and the word has not yet really gotten out anywhere near fully. Tim is still lacking full disclosure, actually lacking any disclosure to speak of. Ok correct me if I am wrong regarding Tim, please. Tim has said numerous things many times that have not come to pass and this needs dealing with if he wishes to keep the Restored America Plan viable. Saying the funding is available is not enough. Saying military support is present is not enough. This started being popular in March 2010. Here we are five months later with numerous unfulfilled statements and not a single sign of anything coming to pass. Come on correct me if I am wrong but please do not shoot the messenger, focus on the message. With Livingston there was some shooting of the messenger, more an was an attack of the message.

Livingston Message – Livingston has made an awfully strong if not superb case for the original constitution (call it Ben Franklin Wet Ink Version) never being properly ratified. We have his work up on our website.

Dale Livingston – The New Plan, The Nation that Never Was

It is hard reading, go slow, take notes. Do a little each day if you must. So we cannot just shrug this off as nonsense. It means there really is no lawful basis for a de jure government. No constitution no de jure. There is no basis for a de facto government either. Tim just shrugs this off as I do not care. Well down the road we might find we built a house on sand if we do not get the Ben Franklin Wet Ink Constitution ratified by the new to be formed state assemblies. Then we would have a lawful de jure structure in place. Apparently everything was always de facto.

Now with the fringed flags etc we are under military rule. How can there be a real military under de facto? Duh, I have no answer. Since the fed is a corporation how can there be a military? I guess it is a de facto military, no other answer. So the state assemblies forming openly, no secrets, ratifying the Ben Franklin Wet Ink Constitution would get us under a constitution then the de facto military submits to the new de jure lawful state militias and becomes a lawful de jure military. This makes sense 100%. It is the state militia that has the right to hold the tribunals, presumably because the offense in question came from enemies within, not without. It is not so easy to follow and also not so hard. Livingston did in fact establish that the constitution (Ben Franklin Wet Ink) was never properly ratified and I for one believe this needs dealing with by any movement. A new constitution could also be ratified but my gosh imagine the months wasted debating this. Not worth. We need to be in a hurry.

Support for Republic of the united States – If you wish to keep supporting Tim and the restored America do so. It is incompatible with the fact that the constitution was never ratified, ie no de jure really possible. I would encourage all of you to push very hard for evidence of funding and military support. We are being told by executive committee members that the military is not on board with the interim government. I see no signs of secrecy in this area lifting which makes me paranoid. It is imperative that you know where the movement is at with these two critical and essential pieces. If these two pieces are lacking it is time to move on in that we do not want to be sitting around five months later with no signs of change. Lacking this and I see no signs of this coming, I would not be too enthusiastic about it with the history of dissidence and unfulfilled commitments. Be friendly with them, offer to them that they can join the new movement etc. I also see no signs of Tim opening the Restored America to other movements, just to individuals. Not a real sign of unity and opening it up. We need unity amongst all movements

Military and Restore Republic Movements – The nice thing about the Livingston/Regan/Tom New Movement is that it can go with or without the military. I do not like depending on a movement that says they have military support, yet there is no confirmation of such support. Come on guys we just went down this road for five months only to see a breaking up. The new movement should have massive members. Other movements will be brought in. Numbers will be massive. Then comes the militia. The idea with the military was to get the nation restored without a fight. THIS WAS USE OF DEADLY FORCE. Got it, nothing but and do not let anyone deceive you about this ever. The military is so strong the idea is resistance would be futile but it is a threat of deadly force and nothing else. So now all of a sudden the militia is no good as some say since it has a bad ring to it. Why. No one is saying start a shooting war. The constitution says we can have state militias, so there I rest my case. That is the long and short of it.

The plan would make the state militias de jure correctly, breaking us out from military rule and thus leaves the military in no mans land unless they come into the fold which is the plan by having them submit to the state militias. If they don't come in under the militia then one can ignore the military and set up a de jure government like turner did but this time you will probably have a few million people in it. See the idea. Vast numbers assure success and increase the odds tremendously of military backing. A de jure government is something if done correctly the military would never mess with or go against. They would probably get on board.

Obama is the perfect storm. In a perverted way he is our friend because he is so well hated and incompetent. Few really know the Bushes for what they are so I would be doubtful about such a movement under Bush going anywhere, but Obama attracts hatred readily since he is such an idiot and even an illegal alien. The military following this kenyan muslim against a de jure government and the land where their relatives, friends etc live in, come on never happen if your movement has large numbers. If you want something with a 100% chance handed to you on a silver platter, it is not going to happen. There is always risk. On the other hand Obama is a sure thing, we know what life will be like under him. A republic belongs to the free and the brave. A house divided will not stand, so get the other movements involved and all come together and united we stand.

When I received and read those tedious documents sent out with the call announcement I responded to my SC and my foreman with the following and then I saw that post on NESARA. John MacHaffie did not man up and post my rebuttal and the comment section will not hold this so I posted a summarized version and hopefully he will allow it. I will copy that at the end of this one.

Yesterday I pointed out that truth is fairly easy to discern when you are given two opportunities to hear both sides “from the horse’s mouth” as it were. This we were given. There were actually three opportunities from which to form our own judgment.

The first of those three was a call on Friday night last. I had occasion to hear the entire recording (not the edited version released to persuade the public), last evening. What did I take away from that? Well I was first and foremost, literally appalled at the unprofessional manner of its hosts, the base language used on a national call and the deliberate omission or twisting of information. Add to that the fact that anyone with legitimate questions or opinion was disconnected, out shouted, cussed at and generally disrespected. Nothing presented on that call rang true for me. There was more whining from Florida but no honest answers when put on the spot, just juvenile he said, she said. Folks, the juries are not supposed to need babysitters and Tim Turner is most definitely needed for bigger and better tasks than to serve as a referee for full grown adults who cannot play nice. I heard a lot of character smearing and negative opinion. What I did not hear was rock solid fact.

Then there was the Sunday night call which was composed mostly of a long lecture on Dr. Livingston’s opinion on the absence of lawful ratification of our original constitution. It was said on the call that RAP has moved away from Tim Turner and, that they are going in a different direction. Therein lays the essence of insanity. It seems that under the leadership of Tom and Regan, RAP will now embark on a quasi military national education project which according to them will “spread like wildfire” when people learn what Dr. Livingston has to say and show them. We were all given the chance to read Dr. Livingston’s alleged truth in the documents sent this afternoon. Are they really serious? We live in a nation where we cannot even manage to make people understand that their government is a corporation, the president is a CE0, the money is fake, the bankers are stealing everything from them, their mortgages are fraudulent, their children are wards of the state, they are being bought and sold on the open market and now we are to believe we can cause a wave of “Awakening” with this man’s outlandish claims that we were never even a nation based on the lack of ratification? I contend the average person on the street will be hard pressed today to give you an accurate definition of that word.

On Monday night there was yet another call. This one for all the jurors across the nation and Tim Turner made his statements regarding what had transpired between the elders and the executive committee. He covered what his statements had been which were twisted and redefined by others. He then spent the rest of the call fielding questions from the listeners. Unlike our teleprompter addicted CEO in Washington, Tim had no prior knowledge or script to follow regarding those questions. He handled himself with his usual humility, respect and straight forward manner. I left that call feeling I had been respected and without doubt that I had heard the truth to the best of the man’s ability to give it.

So, how do you discern what is truth between these calls? Well just ask yourself what is the difference between a long meandering diatribe intended to instill fear, persuade and sway you and a straight forward Q and A session?

There are of course a few very important points to consider before deciding to embark on that quasi military national education project

1. The Constitution is not the law of the land, never was, the Declaration of Independence is that law and the constitution simply its “Rules of Engagement”. Therefore Livingston’s claims are irrelevant.

2. The corporation (to be referred to as the elite), are not sitting on their collective backsides waiting for us to wake up and oppose them.

3. Any re-education of the masses cannot possibly be accomplished in less than at least 8 to 12 years. Think this nation will last that long?

4. There is NO PLAN ANYWHERE and there NEVER WILL BE that the elite will not fight. This plan to take over and control both this nation and the globe is very old, very intense, and they are indeed in the end game. To the victor go the spoils.

5. Freedom is not free. Regaining it is not without danger. Nobody is going to go get it back and hand it to you on a silver platter so if you do not have the intestinal fortitude to go the distance, accept the danger, withstand the fear they will attempt to use against you and stand your ground, stand down now but do not cry and whine when you find yourself in one of the new Civilian Labor Camps or standing under a shower at a FEMA Location.

6. This is not 1789, this is 2010 and this nation is being strangled by criminal power brokers who are totally morally bankrupt. They place no value on any life but their own. They will take yours and your children’s in a heartbeat and those they suffer to live, in the end will spend their days in forced labor and their nights in useless exhaustion.

7. Which do you really want? Freedom or certain slavery, and what is it worth to you?



All I can say after reading those documents sent in the earlier email is Boy, am I glad I took that speed reading course in college. There were many reading assignments I found equally as pointless back then.

As for me, still, I will stand. There is no other course which makes even the slightest bit of sense.

The information in those documents is misleading to say the very least. Regardless of whether or not the original constitution was lawfully ratified or not has nothing to do with what we must do today. The constitution is nothing more than the "Rules of Engagement" for the Declaration of Independence. This nation has been and is under de facto governance and that de facto has no intention of sitting on its collective backside, call a truce in the interest of fairness and wait for us to educate 300 million people enough to show them the door.


Military rule is not the answer to the time it will take to accomplish that.


There is NO PLAN NOW nor will there ever be which the elite will not fight so for those without the backbone to stand and go forward with the Republic, indeed sit on your thumbs until they come for you. While you are toiling in a Civilian Labor camp or standing in a shower in some FEMA camp wondering what exactly will come out of that spigot above your head, remember, you chose the path.


Those documents are forgeries placed there by the very corporation running this country. The original ratification documents do exist but that is still a moot point. This entire issue is nothing more than a move to divide and conquer just ask yourselves one question.
What do I want, Freedom which I must stand for regardless of the danger, or slavery?

If any of you were on the call Friday last. Are you ready to put your life and your freedom at risk for men who would conduct themselves in the appalling way these men did?

Just a suggestion, but before you put any credence whatsoever in what Dr.Livingston has to say, perhaps a little due diligence into his background is called for.

Dear Executive Committee Members,

The phone call on Friday evening was quite enlightening. After my conversation with Mark W on Friday afternoon the impression was that we were going to try to find common ground on these issues. I guess I was wrong and must make an executive decision to protect our people. I told Mark as soon as I could talk ok I would join a call with you. It is clear that I was not invited to the call for obvious reasons. You would have had to be accountable to the truth if I had been. I feel that I have been wounded in the house of a friend. It appears that for whatever reasons you will walk away from the only plan that has a chance to save our country. God is with us in this plan and we will succeed because of him not because of anything that we do. Regan and Tom do not have God’s support and that is obvious from the lies and half truths that Regan spouted on this call. The ignorance you displayed about the Constitution how our nation was founded is appalling. They should not talk about things in public that they don’t understand. Regan should be ashamed in supporting a military coup and martial law for the American people. It is clear to me that this is your agenda and Tom admitted this on a private call with us. Regan was definitely using double speak on the call which is a mind control technique. Some of our jury members picked up on it and let me know.

It is obvious that you are not in control, don’t have a plan and you don’t want God’s plan to succeed. Military intelligence confirmed again yesterday that Tom and now Regan are working for the dark side and they have little or no authority. The higher level people came forward after they saw we did not agree with Tom and his agenda. They told me that they thought that I was involved in the military coup with them at first and later realized that I wasn’t. Tom admitted on the call two weeks ago that no threats had been made and emphatically denied saying that he had made mention of any threats to the Grand Jury members. For these and many other reasons I am compelled to officially accept the resignations of all of the executive committee members who resigned in our meeting about two weeks ago. Since the Grand Juries did not approve the Executive Committee I guess we will have to move on without you for now. I have many friends on the committee who are being mislead and I hope they will rejoin us when they realize it. They are good intelligent men that will see through this farce very soon and I wish them well.

My guess on the whole situation is Regan and Tom may be getting used or willing agents for the PTW and tried to use RAP as a refunding option but the donating interests held back because of what Regan and Tom where doing ie Florida and condoning threats and the like. TT separated because he knew they where the problem and/or because of attempts on his life. Others may have joined the Regan and Tom and co's efforts to try and get their hands on the 3.5 Million tonnes of gold by starting the latest sub-diversion or at least try to start Martial Law and/or undo TT's and RAP's work.

I am AMAZED at this and now know why this call got edited and put out the way it did via an email I received from Dave Mack promoting the 8-22 Dr Dale Livingstone call.

Restore America Plan (RAP) Update 08/23/10 - Changes Big Time, Have Faith!
Executive Summary - Tim Turner the Interim president of the Republic of the united States has resigned from what we know. It appears that Regan Reedy and Tom Schulz have also resigned but for different reasons. [TYWK COMMENTS-after hearing the 8-19 call I blogged with highlights showing Regan as part of the problem I was still weary of his involvement in the 2 recent calls I also blogged, although the seeming intention to do bottom up was positive and the seeming blocks solutions-TYWK COMMENTS END] The de jure grand juries have been told to go dormant and no longer function. There is a new plan being worked with a better lawful constitutional format in that RAP was actually defective legally although not really known to the RAP Guardian elders at the time. We will go through some of the points below.
The new structure will be bottom up managed and led. Those at the top will not be dictating. There will be no more secrets. It looks like there is military support transferring over. The military is in a bad way now with the unqualified muslim Kenyan president leading them to their deaths in wars for the bankers and industrialists.
The Defect – The original constitution was never really ratified correctly. Thus, one cannot have a de jure constitutional government. Oh, what a web they wove! That is why the freemason, Benjamin Franklin, said, "You have a constitutional government, if you can keep it." Remember that the founding fathers were by and large members of secret societies, Masons. The secret society people have been tormenting the people of the country for centuries. Almost every president was a member of one of these secret societies. These secret society members are in numerous secret societies; the names of these societies are not important and many of the political leaders are members of several of these secret societies. This was a serious constitutional defect.
Members of secret societies have an allegiance to the society, and the members of that society, that supersedes any allegiance, or oath, taken to any other entity. Members of secret societies should not be allowed to hold public offices, or serve as jury members, due to these blood oaths they take that supersede any other allegiances. They are not trustworthy. This is where the problem was at onset, and is still there today. The people were led to believe that there is a Constitution in place when it was never really ratified; thus, just a piece of paper as George Bush said, since it is not ratified correctly by the Congress back then. RAP was told about the defect, but they did not all really grasp the fullness of it. RAP was told by a knowledgeable person in Australia that all they were doing was funding the de facto government. The legal basis of what they were doing was faulty. The de facto government would have had to take a few steps back, but was worth it to them to get funded for another run at trying to take over the world and bring doom and gloom on the world. Maybe a few years down the road, they would have eroded things back to the terrorist de facto government. The de facto government really has no lawful standing, but RAP did not either. The de facto government has no real power except de facto power.

Some interesting points Regan makes was that, he and Turner, were involved with getting funding from foreign sources. The sources were private parties, not official government sources. In some countries, the two are the same thing. Tim chose to say governments; Regan has no idea why since he negotiated with these sources for some six weeks. Tim said these sources wanted to see an interim government in place before funding. Regan said - in six weeks of negotiations he heard nothing of this? So, it seems Tim created this for some reason? Moving along, the theory is that they would use RAP to obtain funding for the de facto government. The only way to fix the de facto government is with an outside injection of many trillions of dollars, no other way. So along comes RAP. They create a faulty structure and then get funding. Remember, Tim was going to continue with the IRS, Homeland Security, Dept. of Education, etc. OK! Perhaps for transition sake, but now it appears he was trying to keep the de facto government around to some extent. HE talked on a continuing income tax and a transition of some eight years.
We ran an article about the illegality of the US Marshal Service since they usurp power from the States by giving their marshals the power of the sheriff in any county they happen to set foot in. Then Turner said something about incorporating the US Marshals Service into the de jure office. We tried to keep giving RAP the benefit of the doubt, because the alternative with Obama is really life-threatening for much of the world. We really bent over backwards to support RAP but enough is enough. We heard some of the Grand Juries were trying to indict Turner, and he broke up the Grand Juries. Then the Grand Jury members left, perhaps 30% to 40% of them, and started to organize on their own. I got reports of Turner promoting a government healthcare plan and was interested in a war on drugs. What, not legalizing drugs? We kept quiet hoping the Military would throw the bums out of office, and then there would be elections in six months and things could get better. We got a copy of a leaked Security Council document talking of lifetime appointments. Turner denied this was a real document; others offer differing positions. Not sure what to think, but looks more and more like the de facto government was trying to raise funding this way, or, at least, perverted Turner and were using him.
Maybe Turner was compromising too much to see RAP complete the job; I do not know for sure but suspect the dark side to be the case now. Perhaps, they grabbed onto RAP, which started innocently enough and perverted it. How? Well, they would need an agent loyal to them who would quash anyone who showed any ability to think for themselves, and not follow their man blindly. First, we saw Sam Kennedy go and he took one-third of the Grand Jurors with him. Then, State Coordinators, Grand Jurors, and others left. We heard of secret Executive Committees and knew not who was on them or where these people came from. Now, it has completely fallen apart as far as we can tell. I would be rather confident that the Military is not with any remnants of RAP at this point. The secrecy was the problem, which we said many times.
What About the Military – Well, the Military was involved. Regan says they were protected by the military, so there was military support. Regan was one of the Four Guardian Elders, by the way. Now, Regan goes on to say that the Military did not want RAP done the way it was done. They wanted State Militias to be formed. Well, there are about 13 States with State Militias, but they are barely populated, have little equipment, little training, etc., and they report to the de facto Governor of the State. These de facto Governors see fit to deploy the “other” State Militias (National Guard) overseas illegally. They are not talking about the National Guard here; they mean real State Militias reporting to a de jure Governor voted into office by the soon-to-come State Assemblies. We heard some about State Militias in the news some months ago, as RAP was just getting noticed by the people:

So, they are scared of We The People.
The New Plan – The new plan really has no name yet. It is not RAP or Republic of united States. It is going to be with power coming from the bottom up. RAP was top-down dictatorial. We though the Military was imposing this on them. Not so. The new plan will have no secrecy. Gosh, we were screaming all along about the evils of secrecy that sadly proved true. Had we had full disclosure, most would have either forced RAP to change, or left it. Secrecy is evil, and never lend any support to any movement that is running dark with secrecy; in fact, run the other way. Tell them, "OK! Fine! When you have restored the Republic, let us know; until then, keep your secrets to yourself, we have no interest in you or your movement.
The idea is to form State Assemblies. Anyone in the nation that is a Sovereign can join the State Assembly for their State. The State Assemblies will then ratify the Constitution correctly in a de jure manner. The Sssemblies can be, and are expected to be, way the heck bigger than 27 people. Then, the State Assemblies will elect a de jure lawful Governor. Then the Governor will take control over the State Militia. People will apparently be recruited into the Militia. I expect the already-in-place Militias around the country will de jure, merge themselves into these State Militias, plus many others of a like mind and will to stand up for freedom, will join the Militias. The Military proper will then insert themselves under the State Militias; this means arms, equipment, training, communications, intel, etc. The State Militias will execute orders from the de jure Governors who the State Assemblies elected. Then Military will then operate under the State Militias to protect the country from enemies, within and without. This is how the Military originally wanted it to go with RAP under State Militias. Turner and RAP thought this would scare the de facto government, so they refrained from associating with the Militias. They also refrained from associating with any other groups, not good. So this should still have Military support plus Militia support. It will be massive in size compared to RAP.
Treason, Sedition, etc – It appears that Turner never recovered any assets of the bandits impersonating government. They are still running with trillions. If you want a quick look at where they probably have a lot of their money, look at Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia, being in the G-20, screaming for information-sharing for tax reasons through the OECD for other countries; Saudi Arabia itself chose to not allow any information-sharing regarding their bank accounts. Hmmm. One does not have to be a rocket scientist to figure out where their money is. See, they are stupid. The Queen of England bank accounts are, of course, another place to look, but slim chance one will ever get into those records. If they use her, then she controls their money; not all that likely, but entirely possible. Third choice is the Vatican Bank. I think this can be gotten into a lot easier than the Bank of England. As we said: the war with Iran is really to protect Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and other dictatorships from the war machine Iran has built. Iran can only provoke Israel into destroying her on many levels, and thus presents no strategic threat.
OK! So now we are being told that ONLY the State Militia can conduct trials for sedition and treason (that took place inside the country, I assume). This comes from the Military. Thus, the Military proper, wanted the State Militias there, to place themselves under. Turner wanted peace, love and never spoke about treason and sedition trials. Treason and sedition trials are an important ingredient to guard against others doing the same thing if it stays in the history books. Also, it provides a legal remedy to recover ill-gotten money. Imagine, if the kids learned about people hanged for putting the de facto government in place, instead of chopping down some stupid cherry tree. I was hoping Turner was avoiding prosecutions as a way of making it easy for the culprits to give up and surrender their ill-gotten gains. It was apparently just a ploy to keep these guys around to play again another day down the road. It appears that the Military is interested in trials. Look at 9/11, especially, the false flag attack on the Pentagon. What about an unqualified Commander in Chief from Kenya who is a Muslim with background full of lies that is so bad he could not pass a background investigation to be a toll taker.
Do We Think RAP Was a Ploy at Onset - No. RAP revealed too much vital damaging information about the de facto government, although we now see that much of it was wrong. In any event, the damage was done in that many people now see the errors. We think that the de facto government heard about it, and tried to alter the course to suit their needs. This was possibly when Tim Turner was brought in. The de facto government is running scared right now.
Do We Think this New State Assemblies Movement is a Ploy? – No, we do not. Sure, you can say we were wrong about RAP; and, on this, we admit we were wrong about RAP. The secrecy was the problem. With full, open disclosure, we would never have fallen for RAP. We want change badly, as you do. We are sorry about the error with RAP, and we are going to keep trying until freedom is attained. Doing nothing is a fatal error. The new movement is again establishing errors the de facto government made. Their findings are consistent with my thinking, regarding the founding fathers being members of secret societies. The fellow, Dr. Livingston, has been working this movement since the 1990's. Now, combined with the former RAP people, it has legs. I expect these legs to grow hard and fast. It is said we will see the actual paperwork within one week. They know time is short. They are trying to blend this movement in with many other movements including the Militias, I understand. I would expect to see the county Grand Juries in this, as well as other groups. Remember, this is open, direct straight up.
Does This New Movement Have Military Support? – Possibly Military support will transfer over. I am not sure any of them emphatically knows where the Military is on this. RAP was a dismal failure, so they might be chomping at the bit to get a solution in place, or they might be running cautious. Time will tell, but there is going to be open disclosure. If there are any signs of running silent, the movement will be vacated by everyone in it now.
Will the New Plan Work Without Military? – We think so. We think this movement will have hundreds of thousands of sign-ups in days; eventually grow to the millions. Remember, they are going to use the State Militias big time. This will scare the de facto government people in a big way, right down to the county Court House.
Will the de facto Government Use Police and Military Against this Movement? – We, no doubt, think they would like to, but they have to be careful. There are 100 million gun owners in the USA, according to many. They say 3% of these people will do what happened in Paul Revere's day; that is, 3,000,000. This estimate now could have tripled by now. Obama is the perfect storm, remember that. He is a gift in this regards, making it easy to get people mobilized and march down to city hall - angry, ready for fast changes.
Will the Military Attack We the People for this Movement? - Doubt it highly. The parents, aunts, uncles, cousins, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren and spouses of the Military live in the country. Their friends live in the country. They are not going to attack the people for the sake of the banksters, especially with perfect-storm Obama at the helm. When confronted, they will procrastinate and do nothing; possibly saying they refuse, or want to investigate the legality of the circumstances. Do not buy all this nonsense about the Military using weapons of mass destruction on the populace. They would be killing their friends and families and for whom – Obama? Come on.
The mid-line officers refused to follow his deployment orders to the Middle East, preferring to stand Court Martial instead. The Federal Police Agencies should not be relied on to do the right thing for their employers, the corporation; I doubt they will. But they are not a Military. They have shotguns, pistols and a few machine guns in 9mm and 10mm, maybe an armored car or two here and there. They have no Military might. These are not valiant courageous fighters who will never stand down against overwhelming odds. They greatly outnumber and outgun their adversaries, or they wait for more forces before deploying. Bullies and, to some large extent, cowards who are afraid to get into a real fight. If they have overwhelming odds, they will bully. If say 500 of them had to confront say 60 Militia, I would lay 10-to-1 odds they disband before engaging; or; maybe; do a Mexican standoff. If there were 200 militia against 500 of them, they would probably surrender, if they could not retreat, but they would never, ever engage. They are bullies when they have the odds and think no one will resist them. When the worm turns, they will be unreliable defenders for their masters, just cashing their paychecks for as long as they can. Think of it as your tax dollars at rest. I expect few will defect.
Remember, they live in our communities. If they are going to engage the Assemblies and Militia, they will need to relocate their families to secure bases. Look for this as a warning sign. The state, county, city, sheriffs, marshals, troopers and police will probably never raise arms. They will first try to just sit tight on the sidelines and cash their paychecks. Many will defect from the de facto and come over. Many Agencies themselves may convert to de jure. They are not going to be a problem; and, expect them to be allies, maybe not the first day but very soon. They are also highly teachable, so consider outreach early on. You think the NYPD and NYFD is enjoying the Obama-endorsed mosque going up near 9/11 after all the guys they lost? Reach out to these folks early.
Do We Think This New Plan Will Lead to Fighting? – No. Resistance will be futile for them. Remember the Militias are in place already, just need to be organized under the State Assemblies-elected Governors. It is important the movement run at a very fast pace, extremely fast. Also, bear in mind numerous other organizations are joining in as a collective, so the size at onset will be massive compared to RAP. This will grow at an amazing pace. It should work with transparency, since this enables us to get people involved.
What About Funding? – OK! Let Regan and Tom deal with this, along with others. There are ways to attach the funds the de facto guys stole. Any offshore-asset-protection law firm could explain how. Basically, you get orders from a de jure court and serve them on the foreign country where their funds are kept. Cutting through anonymous corps, trusts, foundations can be done if you know how; and, it is driven by a national government on charges like treason, extortion, sedition, genocide, murder, terrorism, etc. If the country, where the money is, does not cooperate, then you break relations with them, sue them for conspiracy, start blocking their wire transfers, and even grab funds and assets they have in other nations. If the gloves are off, there is no resistance, rest assured. Instead of giving money to the de facto government, we can all contribute what we can to jumpstart the government; others will want to contribute. Let's worry about this as we go. Let's go from A to B before we worry about J and K.
Do We Think RAP is Over? – We do. We have not heard from RAP. We used to be contacted numerous times per week by RAP people at various levels, which has stopped. We contacted RAP for answers on things in this article - got nothing back. We are hearing Turner resigned. We think RAP has had its day. If anyone in RAP has contrary information, we wish to hear it.
Do We Think That RAP People Will Be Arrested? – Emphatically, no! If there was no new movement, this would be a strong possible. Arrests would drive a new movement fast and hard, not the opposite. Remember, merging with the Militia is not just them coming into the fold, it is many others showing support and need of them. If you think the de facto government is not afraid of you, you are wrong. They are extremely afraid of you, as evidenced by their unrelenting desire to take your guns away. They are stupid. They are lazy. They like to consume alcohol and drugs. They seem to be unfaithful in their marriages, and like to have sex with children. They like statues, secrets and symbolism. This is your enemy. Respect the propensity for extreme violence. They are cruel, and will press hard; and, be very slow to give up, but they will give up. Do not believe they are smart. Also there are very few of them, maybe two or three thousand; some say two or three hundred.
What to Do? – Don't mourn RAP. Don't feel sorry for yourselves as if all is lost. Regroup immediately into the new movement, and keeping pressing on for a Constitutional Government. The founding fathers sure had their struggles, until they got free, if they ever really got free, which is now the topic. March on and keep you eye on freedom.

Hear it for yourself on the above audio at talkshoe, where numerous people in the Grand Juries related to the Restore America Plan report getting summarily tossed out, lied to, kept in the dark, deceived, and hornswaggled into signing over their powers to the supreme elders and immediate juniors.

It seems that the elders, after tossing out Sam Kennedy and taking in Tim Turner, have led the RAP nationwide grand jurors down the golden brick road to oblivion, have finally revealed that they created a trust and got the grand jurors to make themselves liable (through bonds) for the acts of the elders.

One ex-juror denounced Tim Turner for lying and tolerating Florida’s leader Byron somebody for despotic behavior. Another expressed that she believes the elders sold (or perhaps securitized) the bonds and used them to get commitments in gold to make themselves rich.

I believe U.S. Homeland Security has sent the elders in as plants to take over the RAP and inveigle the grand jurors into their scheme.

One juror feels confident that if people rescind their signatures and revoke their powers of attorney then perhaps they can get their power back. Oh, brother, what a mess the Restore America Plan has become.

On the other hand, another explained that in Alaska the state law enforcers surrounded the house of an armed man who had ordered a neighbor off his property. He said that the surrounded man called the RAP militia whose members with arms surrounded the law enforcers. In the end, everyone holstered weapons and settled the matter peaceably. So, three cheers for the militia in that incident. The reporter seemed to think the elders generally do a good job and venting spleens works well to eliminate problems. He said lots of people in government support RAP’s efforts.

As for my experience with RAP, I missed Tampa’s initial organization meeting, but attended the second one, and listened, after the non-descript, uninformative meeting, to one kingpin explain how to use Tim Turner’s maritime lien scheme to steal a lot of money. Then before the next week’s meeting, the secretary/scribe sent me an email telling me not to attend any more meetings for the time being. So they tossed me before I actually got involved, Thank my Lucky Stars.

I feel profoundly diffident about the leadership of RAP, and do not trust the leaders because they keep the local grand jurors in the dark till after they’ve established some mechanism that the jurors cannot defeat or negotiate. And the seniors have office for life, or till they retire voluntary. Scary business, IMHO.

8-24 RAP My thoughts & questions on the latest developments

I am now more weary of what is going on then ever with the latest info I have blogged here in the last few days. I have questions on several things and would like to here from both camps. I may keep those questions to myself just for now. I am still on the fence with what is going on and waiting for more information to decide who to support. For the mean time I will remain open as always but share both sides till I can sort out what I think is really going on. I know this will all be resolved inevitably with the new energies coming including those through us via our own prayers. Never forget feeling is the prayer.

Dr. Livingston has done the best research I have ever heard on the United States Constitution and its true purpose. A few weeks ago several members of the executive committee for the Restore America Plan learned that there was a defect in the way we were attempting to reestablish the republic.

I am sure that most of you know that in the preamble of the Constitution for the United States starts with the words “We the People”. A lot of us knew of cases like the Padleford case were judges made statements like this; "But, indeed, no private person has a right to complain, by suit in court, on the ground of a breach of the Constitution. The Constitution, it is true, is a compact, but he is not a party to it. The States are the parties to it. And they may complain. If they do, they are entitled to redress. Or they may waive the right to complain."

We knew and understood that the capitalized P in the word People changed the meaning of that word to be a noun and it meant that only the People that signed that document and the states that those people represented were a party to that compact, NOT the general public people, NOT you and me.

What Dr. Livingston has shown us is that we could do a government like what Tim wants to do in a proper way that will put the Constitution as a binding contract with all the people and for the first time it would make the Constitution a living document under God. We knew that the old Constitution was a bankruptcy document that pledged the states and their people’s energy but we thought we could fix that by having the people take an oath to the 1787 version of the Constitution. We were wrong.

Dr. Livingston has shown us that all we were going to be doing was prop up the de facto and continue the fraud that the Constitution was a document that we were a party to. He is going to be on the call tonight to explain how we need to go about fixing this problem.

His plan will allow:

1. A bottom up government to be established by “we the people” that means you and me

2. No more doctoral control by anyone. The people of the states will be responsible for their leadership. If you want Tim to be the President that will be your choice but it has to be done in a legal, lawful way.

3. The people of each state will elect their leaders.

4. This will be an open plan for everyone to participate in and we will exclude no one. We have to have a government by and for the people that means all the people.

5. There will be no reason in this plan to have secret phone calls and meetings.

As we were working on understanding this plan so we could bring it to the rest of the RAP this week, several of the Executive committee members have learned that Tim has separated himself from Regan, Tom and the rest of the Executive committee because we did not agree with these new office positions being made public and requested that we move toward a more private process that would protect the GJ from getting into any trouble.

This plan is not now, nor has it ever been, a plan to usurp what Tim Turner has done or wants to do. The original intent of this plan was to build a permanent foundation to a proper Republic and a proper President of the United States. Tim has taken the position to separate from RAP. I wish him god’s blessings. He has always told us that he would honor our decision as the EX committee but it appears that now he feels he has to go his own way without the majority of the EX committee.

Tim and others will tell you that we are trying to scare you by talking about the ABC visits that are going to come. I will say that it’s our responsibility to tell you about the possibilities, and you need to do what you think is best for you and your family. Just remember the Montana Freeman that went to jail and are still in jail for doing a lot less and on a much smaller scale than what we are talking about here. I am sure everyone wants to make sure we do this as correctly and as safely as we can. I believe it is our duty to always try to understand how we can do this the best way possible
