A War Crimes Tribunal in the Malaysian capital has begun its hearing against George W. Bush and Tony Blair, charging the former officials for the invasion of Iraq and Afghanistan, Press TV reports.

The tribunal will determine whether the former US president and British prime minister committed war crimes and violated international law during the invasion of Afghanistan and Iraq.

The Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Tribunal is an initiative by Malaysia's former Premier Mahathir Mohamad, who staunchly opposes US-led military adventures in various troubled regions.

The hearing comes after two years of in-depth investigation, including testimonials from Iraqi war victims by the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Commission.

According to the Kuala Lumpur War Commission, both Bush and Blair had participated in the formulation of executive orders and directives to exclude the applicability of all international conventions and laws.

One complainant told the commission in 2009 that he was mistakenly detained and kept for six years in Guantanamo Bay under harsh conditions.

A notification of the trial was served to known addresses of the two, and to the US Embassy and the UK High Commission in Kuala Lumpur on September 19, 2011.

This comes at a time when the Perdana Global Peace Foundation has mounted a war crimes exhibition in the Malaysian capital.

The exhibition put on display gory images of decapitated bodies, to educate the public about the inhumane effects of war.

The exhibition also featured the infamous Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq along with life-sized mannequins to show the abuse and torture of prisoners by the US army.

Millions of people have lost their lives in the US-led invasions of Iraq and Afghanistan over the past years.

Now appears that this roller coaster ride is coming to an end.

I have been informed that there are 23000 envelopes in the Omega Program alone. 87,000 total for North America in over 60 programs.

His team says the presentation of the Independence video before the Super Bowl was proof of the military support of the republic. On this I agree. But then TT supporters claim that it also shows that the military supports TT.

My response is Nonsense. There was NO connection neither defined nor implied for support to TT in that presentation.

Per TT’s claim of Financial Support – the only support on record is from an Asian who is rumored under arrest for financial misdeeds. TT support from the Mormons has also evaporated.

And also a certain Central American law firm actively supported TT is rumored to be money launderer for a certain alphabet agency involved in drug running.

To repeat again – I support the REPUBLIC of the people which has already been established by the military and recognized by the World Court. The Republics and there governors are in control for the future.

FYI: the new foreclosure date - as decreed by the world court - for the US Treasury 09 August 2010.
there is a major case that is going to be heard in california's us 9th district court today, 02 August 2010, that has direct consequence in regards to the settlements & as to whether or not funds will be released by the 9th of august.
this case may be dismissed by the judge tomorrow (highly unlikely, yet still possible), a date may be set for the case to proceed to hearing (in which full disclosure will transpire & all evidence of these criminal's actions will be placed on public record) at a later date, or both attorneys will be taken aside & the details of the settlement of said case will be hammered out.
regardless of what transpires in the us 9th district court of california today - these vile excuses for carbon matter have until the 9th of august to make good on releasing the funds or else the lien holders - on that date - will have the legal authority to walk into the us treasury & take it over.
now - either the jig is up & they will be forced to acquiesce to the world court's ruling or they will allow the lien to be enforced & most likely place armed members of the us army/reserves around the us treasury on the 9th. THAT, in turn, will either cause their financial fraud to be exposed/corroborated by the highest levels of government the world over and/or bring actual warfare of the gun powder + bullets variety down upon us all.
we'll have to see how it all plays out...
