Selamat Balik! We come again! Great turmoil has descended on your reality! The turbulence needed to push the dark cabal from its seats of power is underway and numerous agreements are now being implemented that will accomplish this goal. Groups within America are coming together armed with plans and legal documents that demonstrate the illegality of the current American administration and that show just cause for the investiture of new governance. Concurrent with these developments are similar proceedings in many other nations which are being carried out by our Earth allies. Remember that with regime change come the deliveries of your prosperity funds. Several governments are now defying the US regime and secretly staging a challenge to the legitimacy of its rule, and various military and law-enforcement organizations are close to actively joining in the struggle. In short, we are seeing events that can at long last bring all this out into the open. Meanwhile, the collapse of the economic system gets closer and closer. The final push to topple the dam of dark control on your world is on!

Meanwhile, Mother Earth continues to move this reality nearer to her moment of change. The odd weather patterns are bringing strong typhoons, floods, and torrential rains to the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Oceania, thereby issuing a warning that the world you have known is approaching a massive change point. This is the point where Mother Earth shifts your 3-D realm into a 5-D one. Obviously you cannot remain as you are and survive the reconfiguration of the surface world, and this is a primary ingredient of the reasons for first contact. Those still in charge of you persist in harboring the insane notion that they can somehow prevent the inevitable. This reason alone is grounds enough for removing the present incumbents with their rabid obstructionism from power. There is much to be done once these minions of the Anunnaki are gone. Earth is still a fragile place, with ecosystems very near the end of their viability. Redressing this damage requires a global effort, supported by the swift release of a number of now-suppressed technologies. Then there is the question of full UFO disclosure.

Our Earth allies understand the whys and the hows of disclosure. It is an operation that must be carried out in such a way that it is beyond doubt that we are benevolent and of the Light. Too many factions in your society over the years have spread a dogma demonizing anyone who is not of this Earth. Further, the existence of Inner Earth needs to be presented alongside a new, fully proved geological model of the planet. The people of Agartha have compiled a series of joint announcements that are sure to resolve this requisite. The purpose of this information is to ease your world into an acceptance of the fact that you are not alone and that the world is put together quite differently from what is taught. Once these new facts are squarely proven, our own announcements can proceed. What we desire is, first, to assist you in rehabilitating Mother Earth's surface world. Then we wish to introduce certain Light-tech devices, which, together with many now-suppressed on-planet technologies, can remedy the ecological problems that have been wreaked.

We envision the temporary caretaker regimes as the bridges to a new reality. The first goal is to get these interim governments up and running. The great shock of these immense governmental and financial changes needs time to sink in to the collective psyche and to be accepted as 'normal'. This will be accomplished by umpteen hours of television and radio broadcasts explaining everything in detail. It is then to be followed by the disclosure of the UFO cover-up. This is a twofold operation, starting with many eyewitness accounts and the release of now-closed UFO files which will provide a chronology of off-world contact since WW II. This leads in to part two: the fact of our benevolent presence and first contact. Once more, our Agarthan allies have come up with an excellent approach for this, and our liaisons and Earth allies are fully on board with this plan. At the end of this process, we can begin to broadcast openly on a number of subjects that need to be discussed before the actual mass landings take place.

The most important subject is, of course, full consciousness. We need to broach this matter with you in the right way. You have lived for generations in a limited-conscious state that has never been questioned. The Anunnaki manipulated you into believing that you were divinely created this way, whereas the truth is quite the opposite; indeed, the present 'you' is a mere shell of who you truly are. The facts of how you came to be this way need to be presented with the skill and enough incontrovertible evidence to allow you to accept the reality of You. Indeed, your sciences have been hinting at these things for the last few decades. Their case studies of individuals with extraordinary abilities pave the way for our revelations. You are all capable of things that you have only glimpsed in the few documentaries based on these case studies. You are in fact much more than what these programs and films depict.

You are a fully conscious Being in disguise, who has completely forgotten the amazing capabilities that you possess. One of the affects of dropping into limited consciousness is the eventual loss of all awareness of who and what you are, or where you come from. In your case, you have been in this state for over 13 millennia! It is small wonder that you will require extra-special one-on-one mentoring, refresher courses, and oodles of loving support to be able to reassert your true Beingness. We have come as your space and spiritual family and are pledged to bringing you back to full divine consciousness. All is being done in conjunction with Heaven. This special planet and this special solar system are to be restored and a new star-nation created. This star-nation is to blossom and become the center for many major conferences that will make the galactic peace permanent and bring union to many thousands of nearby galaxies.

Mother Earth welcomes her destiny and dearly wishes you to embrace yours too. Your global society is at a point where a new working paradigm is urgently needed. Change is well overdue for your present industrial model, and a new energy and a new society must be birthed if you are to survive. As you know, yours are not normal evolutionary circumstances, and therefore the question is not so much what you do at this point, but what we do. So we have a clear mandate to get the landings done as soon as possible. Consequently, we are putting immense pressure on our Earth allies to finish their tasks. I have always been thinking Monday bank holiday and Tuesday announcement day and have noted this previously around end of May, and June, and do so now on record again. For those of you who concluded after reading my recent series on the 2012-13 positive timeline that you are on a positive (and not a catastrophic) timeline, I have good news to deliver. Good news is certainly a change from the usual fare of reporting the latest false flag outrages of the dualistic mindset on this planet.

The weekend of July 17-18, 2010 (“Conscious Convergence”) marked a portal in linear time when the singularity at the core of our universe began to emanate an intentional ‘pre-wave’ to a final 9th wave of universal, ‘enlightened universal consciousness’ that will, according to some, begin on March 9, 2011, end on October 28, 2011. From then on the singularity at the core of our universe will emanate constant ‘enlightened universal consciousness.’

The singularity at the center of our galaxy (the galactic center ‘black hole’) modulates this universe consciousness energy wave as well.

This is, by any standard, exceedingly good scientific news.

Universal alternating energy wave movements have been a feature of our universe, says Dr. Carl Johan Calleman, since the Big Bang, and it is these wave movements that have shaped the nature of consciousness in our universe over the past 18 billion years.

This past weekend’s commencement of a seven month ‘pre-wave’ is a preparation for the commencement of the ninth and final wave of singularity emanations (from March 9 – October 28, 2011) of ‘enlightened universal consciousness’ itself – the culmination of all alternating energy wave movements since the creation of our universe in the Big Bang itself.

After October 28, 2011, as Dr. Calleman stated in a prior Examiner.com interview with me, “the universal alternating energy wave movements end, and Earth is set on a gradual setting of a potential to reach advanced utopian planet status – a virtual ‘Garden of Eden’.”

That milestone marks the beginning of final preparations for entry of Earth into a long-prophesized Golden Age of Utopia, or ‘2012-13 positive timeline,’ as I wrote in our recent Examiner.com series on the 2012-13 ‘positive’ and ‘catastrophic’ timelines

What, you may ask, does this universal ‘pre-wave’ have to do with you or your reality?

In a word, everything.

The ‘pre-wave’ – like all universe energy wave emanations, creates the ‘meme’ or story content of our personal and our collective reality. Dr. Calleman’s discoveries are suggesting that our highest thoughts and ‘memes’ are/may in fact be sourced from the energy waves of the universe singularity, mediated through the galactic singularity – the black hole at the center of our galaxy the Mayans called Hunab Ku.

The singularity of our solar system is Sol, our sun - a dimensional portal to other galaxies, according to physicist Nassim Haramein.

These universe singularity energy waves serve as carrier waves of ‘the universe’s mind and spirit software’ - the way that the intentional universe (some call it source, the ‘sea of Light’ or God) lets us know of its intention for consciousness in the entire universe.

As a practical matter, does it matter if you are tuned in and commit to the 9th Universal consciousness universe energy wave?

Yes – the universe energy waves we humans tune in and commit to determine our planetary status and how we reach our potential as a planet.

Will Earth be a dystopia or a utopia?

The good news is that our universe singularity is now emanating ‘utopia’ consciousness waves on its alternating energy carrier waves.

The more we humans are individually and collectively tuned into the universal energy wave of ‘enlightened universal consciousness,’ and committed to achieving unity, non-dualistic consciousness, then the stronger the ‘positive timeline’ becomes, and the more rapidly we achieve our potential as a planet – “a potential to reach advanced utopian planet status.”

The 8th wave, the Harmonic Convergence, and the birth of Exopolitics

A backward look in the rear-view mirror to the late 1980s and the most recent alternating energy ‘wave’ from the universe singularity is instructive.

FIGURE A sets out the timelines of the Planetary 7th, Galactic 8th, and Universal 9th universe energy waves, starting in 1755 AD for the beginning of the Planetary wave; 1999 for the beginning of the Galactic wave, and March 9, 2011 for the beginning of the Universal (non-dualistic cosmic) consciousness energy wave emanating from the singularity at the core of our universe.

You will notice that time accelerates as the energy waves advance, and it is expected there will be 20 times as much change during the 9th (Universal) wave of March 9, 2011-October 28, 2011, as there was in the 8th (Galactic) wave of 1999 - March 9, 2011

The ‘pre-wave’ to the 8th wave of alternating energy started on March 14, 1986, and was celebrated on August 16, 1987 in an event known as the ‘Harmonic Convergence’. The pre-wave ‘Harmonic Convergence’ is to the 8th wave of ‘Galactic consciousness’ what “the July 17-18, 2010 ‘Conscious Convergence’ is to the 9th and final wave of ‘Universal consciousness’.

Dr. Calleman states, “What the Harmonic Convergence meant to the quantum jump to the eighth wave the Conscious Convergence will mean to the quantum jump to the ninth wave. (Hence, it can be understood as a 2nd Harmonic Convergence). Or, if we include the seventh wave and its pre-wave (see FIG. B) for comparison, we may see that it will mean to the preparation for the ninth wave what the European Renaissance meant to the quantum jump to the modern world of industrialism. What is different now, and a challenge for the Conscious Convergence, is that this step cannot be said to be in the interest of separate individuals, but rather of all of humanity.”

The 8th wave ‘Harmonic Convergence’ – August 17, 1987

By conscious choice, I produced and hosted a ‘Harmonic Convergence’ national radio show in the U.S. on August 17, 1987 that was anchored at one of the National Public Radio (NPR) member stations in Boulder, Colo., and carried via live via the NPR satellite by a respectable number of NPR stations in the U.S.

Researcher Jose Arguelles, author of the “Mayan Factor,” was one of our live guests on the NPR satellite radio program.

Of our early conception in 1987 of the Harmonic Convergence Dr. Calleman writes, “[My understanding of the Harmonic Convergence as a 'pre-wave' to the 8th wave Galactic consciousness wave] how the Harmonic Convergence was originally understood by Tony Shearer and José Argüelles. Shearer, a Native American, who first proposed the dates, saw the Harmonic Convergence as the end point of [a period] that had followed upon Hernan Cortez landing in Vera Cruz in 1519 and Argüelles promoted this scheme in The Mayan Factor.

“While this may have served as a guiding prophecy that intuitively led to identifying the dates of the Harmonic Convergence as August 16-17, 1987, … it in my view hardly serves as a theoretical understanding of why these dates were actually energetically important.

“Thus, the Harmonic Convergence was defined more mythologically than scientifically, since at the time the knowledge of the reality basis of the Mayan calendar was almost non-existent. We now know from Mayan sources that … creation has an integrated pyramidal rather than linear structure. Whether people are aware of it or not, the entire evolution of the cosmos since the Big Bang has also been meticulously mapped out in light of the Mayan calendar and verified by massive empirical evidence.”

After the August 17, 1987 NPR satellite program, a reporter from the Washington Post called me at the local Boulder, CO. listener-supported radio for an extensive interview on the meaning of the Harmonic Convergence (one of the Washington, DC area NPR member stations had broadcast the Hartmonic Convergence program). I do not know if the Post ever published that interview. I subjectively felt at the time that, as a communicator and broadcaster, I was involved in an important process of linking U.S. mainstream audiences into deeper universe energy wave processes.

Query – Would the Washington Post of 2010 be as open to the Conscious Convergence as the Washington Post of 1987 was open to the Harmonic Convergence? If not, why not?

Would the 2010 member stations of the National Public Radio system be as open to the Conscious Convergence as were the 1987 member stations of the National Public Radio system open to the Harmonic Convergence? If not, why not?

8th Galactic wave (1999 – March 9, 2011) and the birth of Exopolitics

Fast-forward to the commencement of the 8th Galactic wave in 1999. The alternating consciousness wave from the (pre-waved from the Harmonic Convergence on August 1, 1987) singularity at the core of the universe are the carrier waves for the mind and soul ‘software’ of Galactic consciousness – that ‘I/we are galactic and not just planetary beings.’

During the 7th wave ‘Planetary’ consciousness wave (1755 – 1986), movements such as the Enlightenment and democratic movements were born, directed at creating an enlightened long-term infrastructure for this planet. In 1999, the 8th wave ‘Galactic’ consciousness would give rise to analogies to the Enlightenment at the Galactic level – Exopolitics.

And so – presumably tuned in and committed to 8th wave Galactic consciousness - during 1999 in Vancouver, B.C. I wrote the book – published online in 2000 - that would found Exopolitics as the science of relations among intelligent civilizations in the Galaxy, our universe, and the multi-verse.

Author Barbara Hand Clow, Dr. Calleman’s colleague, writes of Exopolitics as a prototypical creation of 8th wave Galactic consciousness:

“The renaissance of the advanced unifying synthesis could happen by means of Exopolitics, the political system that governs the universe.”

Quoting my 8th wave Galactic consciousness book, Exopolitics: Politics, Government and Law in the Universe, Barbara Hand Clow writes, "According to Alfred Lambremont Webre, who is a futurist…and lives in Canada, Earth is an isolated planet in the midst of an evolving and highly organized interplanetary, interdisciplinary, and multidimensional universe.”

Thus I navigated a critical path from the commencement of the ‘pre-wave’ at the Harmonic Convergence (August 17, 1987) to the beginning of the 8th wave Galactic consciousness in 1999, founding Exopolitics as one of my social contributions.

In 2005, with the publication of the soft cover version of my book Exopolitics, I became more aware of how complex it has become to function amidst the dualistic consciousness of the national security state. When I originally wrote the book Exopolitics in 1999 (presumably in 8th wave Galactic consciousness), I had no conscious concept or knowledge of the fact that a secret U.S. government DARPA time travel project – Project Pegasus – had teleported my book via Tesla-based time travel from 2005 to at least 1971.

As I reported earlier here on Examiner.com, “[Project Pegasus participant Andrew D.] Basiago revealed that the reason Project Pegasus was able to identify Mr. Jimmy Carter, who was then Governor of George, in 1971, as a future U.S. President, is that the program was in possession of a copy of the Universe Books edition of Exopolitics: Politics, Government and Law in the Universe by Alfred Lambremont Webre, a book that this reporter would not write until 2005, but which bears a quote on its front pages of a statement made by President Jimmy Carter.

“According to Mr. Basiago, Mr. Webre's book Exopolitics was, among other written works, physically retrieved from the future by Project Pegasus and brought back in time to 1971 or a prior time. At that time, 1971, Mr. Webre was General Counsel of the New York City Environmental Protection Administration and had been placed under time travel surveillance by the U.S. government.”

Whistleblowers will expose more and more of the secrets of the dualistic national security state, deconstructing its core. Dualistic memes of organized religions are also self-destructing.

As secrecy and compartmentalization of the dualistic national security state and dualistic organized religion memes deconstruct, humanity has a greater receptivity to the 9th wave Universal energy waves from the singularity at the core of the universe to that will drive our evolution in positive directions.

I have faith that a positive mindset of the Exopolitics model will blossom and grow in humanity as the 9th wave Universal consciousness begins to take hold and humanity assumes a non-dualistic, unitary role in the populated, organized multi-verse.

For the moment we can say that, ‘Exopolitics’ was born in 1999 in the 8th wave Galactic consciousness, and time-traveled back to at least 1971, the latter days of the 7th wave Planetary consciousness (1755-1999), in a DARPA program.

Humanity’s intention and 9th wave Universal consciousness

The term ‘conscious’ is used in the Conscious Convergence to emphasize how important individual commitment to achieving unity consciousness is to this 9th Universal consciousness wave.

Unity consciousness can be expressed in a simple realization: ‘You and I are not we but one.’

Dr. Calleman writes, “To begin with, for all that we know it is designed to bring a shift to unity consciousness where the human mind no longer will be dominated by any dark filter. We will in other words become “transparent” and I believe this is the particular consciousness – seeing reality the way it is with no separation - that so many are waiting for. Not just any consciousness, but one that transcends the dualities of the past and aids the human beings to see the unity of all things.

“The reason that this kind of unity consciousness can be beneficial to the planet, and to mankind, is that it is one that leads to the transcendence of all separation (between man and woman, man and nature, ruler and ruled, east and west, etc). I feel that without the manifestation of such a shift in consciousness the world will sooner or later come to an end.

“People with a dualist and separating consciousness are somewhat like cancer cells in the body of the Earth with little regard to its larger whole and would eventually generate a collapse of its ecosystem. Only a shift to unity consciousness will forever stop the unchecked exploitation of the Earth and on a deeper level make us understand that we are part of creation and need to live in harmony with it. But will such a shift just happen automatically?”

The 9th wave Universal consciousness and the ‘2012-13 positive timeline'

So let’s rejoin my own critical path along the 8th consciousness energy wave to 9th consciousness energy wave timelines.

In the months preceding the ‘Conscious Convergence’ of July 16-17, 2010, I wondered what I could create as my intention for unity consciousness during the ‘pre-wave’ period to the commencement of the 9th wave Universal consciousness on March 9, 2011.

If during the 1987 ‘pre-wave’ of the 8th wave Galactic energy, I had created the August 17, 1987 NPR live Harmonic Convergence satellite radio show, what would I do for the 2010 ‘Conscious Convergence’?

Addressing the issues raised by the Conscious Convergence and the 9th wave Universal consciousness wave, Dr. Calleman writes, “On the other hand the student of the Mayan calendar will know that in order for a consciousness shift to manifest the human beings must be in resonance with it and at some point at least subconsciously have made a choice to align with.

“Hence, a large-scale consciousness shift is not something that can happen against the will of the human beings. Especially at the highest levels of evolution, such as the ninth, it can only happen through human beings that choose to serve as co-creators.

“Unfortunately many have been led to believe that there is some physical event to wait for, such as a pole shift, Nibiru, sun flares, or a galactic alignment, resulting in a passive attitude that has made the Mayan calendar seem disempowering and events as being outside of their power to influence.

“I believe however that, as the Hopi are saying, ‘we are the ones that we have been waiting for.’ If we make the commitment to do so we can co-create unity consciousness with the ninth wave.”

Unity consciousness and deconstructing the ‘2012-13 catastrophic timeline’

These words jumps out at me as I write now. “Unfortunately many have been led to believe that there is some physical event to wait for, such as a pole shift, Nibiru, sun flares, or a galactic alignment, resulting in a passive attitude that has made the Mayan calendar seem disempowering and events as being outside of their power to influence.”

I networked awareness of the 2010 Conscious Convergence prior to July 17-18, and during the Convergence weekend dreamt and meditated on 9th wave Universal consciousness, setting my intent as did many around the world in events and in the privacy of their homes.

In 2010, the Convergence was about conscious intention and commitment to unitary consciousness.

I also find myself addressing conferences and publishing interviews and articles immediately before and after the 2010 Conscious Convergence that aggressively engage in a public deconstruction of a ‘catastrophic timeline’ meme that has been constructed around ‘a pole shift, Nibiru, sun flares, or a galactic alignment’ for centuries now by dualistic mindsets during the Planetary (1755-1999) and Galactic (1999-Present) consciousness timelines.

The formula used by predatory dualistic mind seems to be: Create a false flag event to throw the collective human mind into fear and duality, so that it is more difficult for our collective mind to remind itself that the 9th wave Universal consciousness is emanating out relentlessly from the singularity at the core of our very universe.

This transition to 9th wave Universal consciousness is accompanied by atavistic remains part of the dualistic human mindset that we are still working to process out, like the ‘catastrophic’ memes created by regressive mindsets such as the BP Gulf of Mexico oil spill meme, the threat of thermonuclear war ‘Armageddon’ megadeath meme, the financial meltdown meme, the ‘2012-13 Planet X, Nibiru, brown dwarf, underground shelters’ meme and so many more.

Each of these hyper-linked memes links to articles that are my effort to deconstruct these dualistic memes, including the meme that NASA has a brown dwarf star in its sights that will enter the solar system and cause great Earth changes in 2012-13, while billions die on the surface and millions of elite thrive in secret underground bases now in final preparation.

My ‘pre-wave’ 9th Universal consciousness energy wave intention

On reflection, as I did in the August 17, 1987 ‘pre-wave’ with the NPR Harmonic Convergence Radio show, one sign of my intentions to commit to ‘enlightened universal consciousness’ is this article you are now reading on Examiner.com.

My commitment to the 8th wave Galactic energy was to create ‘Exopolitics’ as a discipline in 1999 and launch it into a public domain in 2000 to a still unsettled, but long-term positive future. Exopolitics itself - the process of relations among intelligent civilizations - has been going on since the development of intelligent civilizations in the multi-verse.

I now know there is an equivalency to my 1999 creation of Exopolitics during the 9th Universal wave (March 9, 2011 - October 28, 2011) and into the full-on universe singularity wave energy of unity consciousness in the years beyond.

My 9th wave Universal consciousness equivalency to the 8th wave 1999 ‘Exopolitics’ creation is active participation in an “Earth set on a gradual setting of a potential to reach advanced utopian planet status – a virtual ‘Garden of Eden’.”

I hypothesized in our recent series on the 2012-13 positive timeline that Earth is on a positive (and not a catastrophic) timeline.

The emanations from the singularities at the core of our universe and our galaxy, leading up to the 9th wave Universal consciousness and beyond provide a specific mechanism by which the positive timeline can be achieved – along which humanity shifts into non-dualistic, cosmic consciousness.

An individual or collective choice not to commit to achieve enlightened unitary consciousness (the utopia software the universe singularity is broadcasting) seems like a deliberate choice for the catastrophic timeline, opting for ultimate planetary chaos or totalitarianism.

A hyperdimensional UFO in over flight approximately one mile south east of the White House in Washington, DC appears to have fired a ray of light or directed energy beam in the vicinity of the White House.

The incident, which occurred on July 20, 2010 at 3:18 AM, was photographed in high-speed, high definition photographs by Wilbur “Will” Allen, a former White House employee and Air Force One engineer under U.S. Presidents Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush, and Bill Clinton. Mr. Allen is also a talented professional photographer for major motion picture studios such as Warner Brothers and record labels such as DefJam.

Mr. Allen states, “On July 20, 2010 at 3:18:07 AM in NW Washington DC, a relatively short distance from the White House, I imaged a slow moving UFO pulse through the sky, and then [observed the UFO] fire an energy beam which extended from it.” Mr. Allan also states, “I took several stationary images of the stars as I usually do. However, there is one object I thought to be a star, moving and then discharging a beam of light!!!.... There is one frame that does not make much sense? A Star is either moving or shooting a beam of light that is ‘bent’? The motion is not registered with any of the other ‘stars’ in this sampling.”

Hyperdimensional UFOs have been photographed over the U.S. Capitol, Washington monument, and in restricted P-51 air space since at least 1950.

Mr. Allen has photographed hyperdimensional UFOs in restricted P-51 airspace overflying and landing on the U.S. capitol in 2002 and 2008, as well as hyperdimensional UFOs over the July 4, 2002 celebration on the U.S. Capitol Mall. This appears to be a first photograph near the White House where a hyperdimensional UFO is emitting a ray of light or directed energy beam.

As this Examiner.com article discusses, it is reasonable to whether this event may be (1) horseplay or creative signaling by a hyperdimensional UFO from an inter-dimensional intelligent source as a consciousness awakener to the public at large through Mr. Allen. A veritable lightshow of creative signaling from hyperdimensional UFOs took place over the Millennial Celebration on January 1, 2000; (2) a false flag event from a U.S. or other black ops vehicle; or (3) a ‘socially destabilizing’ event of the sort that John Podesta, Co-Chair of the Obama Transition Team is reported to have warned Mr. Allen his work would result in.

Will Allen & hyperdimensional UFOs over restricted airspace in Washington DC

It seems reasonable to speculate that the UFO Mr. Allen photographed on July 20, 2010 at 3:18 AM was an intentional incursion by an intelligent hyperdimensional civilization into the airspace adjacent to the White House.

Mr. Allen has long-standing apparent working relationship with an apparent intelligent hyperdimensional civilization behind the hyperdimensional UFOs he photographs. He has a solid record of accurate, high speed, high definition photographs of hyperdimensional UFOs in the p-51 restricted airspace over Washington DC and adjacent to the White House.

This reporter has noted that Mr. Allen’s photographs of UFOs flying over and landing on the roof of the U.S. Capitol on July 16, 2002 were taken 50 years from July 16, 1952, when UFOs were photographed over the U.S. Capitol. Mr. Allen’s historic photographs of the July 16, 2002 event together with UFO sightings and landings by U.S. Senate buildings, and the Washington Monument are set out a Slide Show in a previous article here.

Mr. Allen, who grew up on U.S. military bases and now resides in Washington, DC, has stated that at age five he was visited by a group of “four to five grey extraterrestrials in silver spacesuits” who implanted him with a device.

That implant device went undetected during all the years of his military and White House service, and now signals him to go to specific locations in Washington, DC where he is instructed to photograph extraterrestrial craft and personnel that enter P-51 restricted Capitol Hill airspace through hyperdimensional Star gates at extremely high speeds. Mr. Allen, who has reported some of these UFO/ET landings to the U.S. Capitol Police, states that the police have told him his photographs confirm ET/UFO landings their officers are also encountering.

Mr. Allen believes that his photographs, which are forensic in quality, document that the same intelligent hyperdimensional civilization was behind the July 16, 1952 and the July 16, 2002 flyovers of the U.S. Capitol. These UFO/ET flyovers are continuing into the present. Mr. Allen states that the civilization communicating with him and directing his photographic documentation of their hypervelocity landings on the U.S. Capitol are “grey and human-hybrid.” There is no independent evidence that the intelligent civilization behind the hyperdimensional UFOs appearing to Mr. Allen is grey of human-hybrid.

Through advanced photo-analysis, Mr. Allen has established dimensional similarities between the UFO phenomena (1) surrounding the 1944 “Foo Fighters;” (2) the UFO/ET phenomena filmed by the Walt Disney company at the Lincoln Memorial on July 26, 1952; (3) the UFO/ET phenomena overlying the U.S. Capitol on July 16, 1952 (and during the July 13-29, 1952 Washington, DC UFO flap); (4) the UFO/ET phenomena over flying the U.S. Capitol 50 years later on July 16, 2002; (5) the UFO/ET phenomena appearing over the Washington Monument (Washington, DC) on July 4, 2002; (6) (5) ET/UFO phenomena photographed at the U.S. Capitol on November 17, 2008; (7) The UFO/ET phenomenon photographed as reflected on Commander Buzz Aldrin’s visor as he walked on the Moon during Apollo 16 (April 21-24, 1972).

According to Mr. Allen’s photo-analysis, each of the UFO/ET phenomena mentioned above was capable of dimensional shift into a self-generated Star gate phenomenon

UFO 'Ray of Light' near the White House

It is not unreasonable to ascribe intentionality to the hyperdimensional UFO that performed a dimensional shift into a self-generated Star gate phenomenon and entered Washington DC airspace one mile south east of the White House, emitting a ray of light or directed energy beam.

Mr. Allen appears to be a selected ‘go to’ photographer’ for these advanced hyperdimensional UFO incursion events in Washington DC that have high symbolic value.

For example, Mr. Allen – on cue from hyperdimensional intelligence - photographed hyperdimensional UFOs over the U.S. Capitol in July 2002, 50 years exactly from July 1952 UFO over flights of the U.S. Capitol. Mr. Allan states that, in his opinion, the same hyperdimensional extraterrestrial civilization was responsible for both events.

Context communication theory of extraterrestrial communication

The context communication theory of extraterrestrial communication, developed by Alfred Lambremont Webre in 1974, states that many UFO encounters are in fact contextual, symbolic communications by the intelligent source behind the UFO encounter itself to the UFO witnesses or to humanity at large, much in the same way that a dream is a contextual, symbolic communication from the dreamer’s subconscious mind to her or his conscious mind.

In this light, Mr. Allen’s encounter with a hyperdimensional ‘slow-moving UFO that emits a ray of light or directed energy beam one mile from the White House’ may be reasonably interpreted within at least three alternative frames.

1. Creative signaling in ‘‘enlightened universal consciousness’ - The hyperdimensional UFO and ray of light may be horseplay or creative signaling by a hyperdimensional UFO from an inter-dimensional intelligent source as a unity consciousness awakener to the public at large through Mr. Allen.

A veritable lightshow of creative universal consciousness signaling from hyperdimensional UFOs took place over the Millennial Celebration on January 1, 2000.

Author Robert Stanley reports that there was a UFO/ET flyover of P-51 restricted airspace during the Millennial Celebration of December 31, 1999 – January 1, 2000, which was attended by approximately 1,000,000 persons. According to Mr. Stanley, numerous UFOs appeared to emanate from five cylindrical motherships and perform acrobatics over the assembled crowd, much to the delight of onlookers. Mr. Stanley notes that the U.S. Capitol police, responsible for security, did not panic.

According to the National UFO Reporting Center, “the [UFO/ET incident took place at 1A.M. on January 1, 2000. After the witness attended America's Millennium celebration, the person with a friend walked to the Metro station. He heard the firework explosions from a barge on the Potomac River behind the Lincoln Monument. He noticed near the monument what appeared to be shooting stars. He looked again and ‘saw a pair of dark but lit cylindrical objects 'flying' in formation from NW to SE passing directly over (him).’ In the next minute he saw three other cylindrical objects. His friend did not notice the objects. This witness outside the Metro station observed 5 cylindrical objects moving at a high speed over the sky.”

This ‘universal consciousness-raising’ frame for the July 20, 2010 ‘Ray of Light’ UFO Mr. Allen photographed near the White House in Washington, DC is congruent with an interpretation of UFOs that goes back to Carl Jung, the archetypal psychologist who saw UFOs as ‘mandalas’ for raising humanity’s consciousness.

As Alfred Lambremont Webre has noted, “The weekend of July 17-18, 2010 (“Conscious Convergence”) marked a portal in linear time when the singularity at the core of our universe began to emanate an intentional ‘pre-wave’ to a final 9th wave of universal, ‘enlightened universal consciousness’ that will, according to some, begin on March 9, 2011, end on October 28, 2011. From then on the singularity at the core of our universe will emanate constant ‘enlightened universal consciousness.’”

The hyperdimensional intelligent civilization behind the July 20 ‘Ray of Light’ UFO is presumably aware of higher universe energy wave patterns, such as the entry of the 9th wave of non-dualistic universal consciousness energy on March 9, 2011.

By this view, the ‘Ray of Light’ UFO near the White House Center of Government of the (dualistic mindset) military superpower serves an important consciousness raising function.

2. A false flag event from a U.S. or other black ops ‘UFO’ vehicle - In a 2004 interview with researcher Linda Moulton Howe, Dr. Carol Rosin, President of the Institute for Cooperation in Space (ICIS), relates her conversations with Dr. Wernher von Braun (whom she characterizes as a whistleblower) on Dr. von Braun’s deathbed. Dr. Rosin stated that Dr. von Braun had leaked to her that “Extraterrestrials” were included on the U.S. military-intelligence “Enemy’s list” necessary to sustain the war mode and Pentagon budgets was a false flag invasion from “Extraterrestrials.” “Soviet Union, terrorists, and asteroids (Planet X, Nibiru, brown dwarf memes) were others on the “America’s Enemy List” that Dr. von Braun leaked to Dr. Carol Rosin.

The basic issue is whether the ‘hyperdimensional UFO’ is sourced by an intelligence that is part of a ‘false flag’ war between ‘evil aliens’ and the ‘terrestrial allies’ led presumably by the U.S. and U.K. governments and a terrestrial elite that are promoting the 2012-13 ‘catastrophic timeline’ in order to implement a global depopulation and wage slavery program.

The unity consciousness contextual character of ‘Ray of Light’ seems to cast doubt on this alternative frame.

The July 20, 2010 ‘Ray of Light’ UFO does not appear to be a psychological fear-generator, as false flag ops require.

3. A ‘socially destabilizing’ event of the sort that John Podesta, Co-Chair of the Obama Transition Team is reported to have warned Mr. Allen his work would result in.

In an earlier interview with Alfred Lambremont Webre, Mr. Allen stated that “Everett Bellamy (Senior Assistant Dean of Georgetown Law Center), on behalf of John Podesta, who is a full-time faculty member at Georgetown Law Center, a former White House chief of staff under President Bill Clinton (1998-2001) and Co-chair of the Obama Transition Team (2008-9), told Mr. Allen that the frequent UFO and extraterrestrial over flights and landings on the U.S. Capitol that Mr. Allen is able to document photographically using state of the art high definition equipment could, if made widely public, “destabilize society,” and urged Mr. Allen to cease his activity documenting these UFO/ET over fights and landings.”

Destabilizing society or destabilizing the dualistic mindset in the U.S. government?

It appears there may be a reasonable basis to conclude that the July 20, 2010 ‘Ray of Light’ UFO could destabilize the dualistic mindset in the White House and the U.S. government.

As Alfred Lambremont Webre has noted, John Podesta, Co-chair of the Obama transition team and a public champion of declassification of the UFO phenomenon, is a friend on Mr. Allen’s. Mr. Allen reports that John Podesta has stated he believes Mr. Allen’s work could “destabilize society.” Mr. Allen responded in the ExopoliticsRadio interview by saying that society appears to be destabilizing itself with systems that are designed to fail. Mr. Allen states he is documenting an important UFO/ET presence that should be publicly examined.

As Alfred Lambremont Webre has reported in "Obama team covers up citizen extraterrestrial disclosure input on White House website", although declassification of the UFO/ET issue ranked high on the Obama transition team public agenda which Mr. Podesta was ultimately responsible for, all mention of the UFO/ET issue was deleted from the Obama White House website once the Obama administration took office.

It now appears that Mr. Podesta has been intimately aware of Mr. Allen’s documentation of ongoing UFO/ET hypervelocity flyovers over the U.S. Capitol in P-51 protected airspace. At the same time, Mr. Podesta has directly stated to Mr. Allen that he believes Mr. Allen’s documentation of these UFO/ET flyovers and landings.

One can legitimately ask on what basis did the Obama team intervene to cover up citizen extraterrestrial disclosure input on the Obama White House website. Was this White House cover-up in any way connected to Mr. Podesta’s expressed opinions about the documented UFO/ET flyovers and landings that Mr. Allen is documenting?

As Alfred Lambremont Webre has reported in “White House Press Association, press secretary Robert Gibbs block ET, UFO press questions to Obama”, “the White House press corps, and the White House press secretary have constructed an elaborate self-censorship scheme operating on peer pressure and invisible editor gate keeping to ensure that no question regarding the extraterrestrial and UFO question will be asked of the Presidential press secretary or the U.S. President in the press briefing room or in any Presidential press conference.”

John Podesta is a high-ranking Obama transition team White House adviser, and among the most knowledgeable about the UFO/ET presence. One can reasonably ask on what basis was this policy instituted of no press questions to the Obama White House? Is this policy of no White House press questions on UFO/ET in any way connected to Mr. Podesta’s expressed opinions about the documented UFO/ET flyovers and landings that Mr. Allen is documenting?
