NOTE THURSDAY 10/6: MASSIVE NEW DEVELOPMENTS: This week, there have been MASSIVE new developments to this story that have forced another round of serious consultations with our key insiders. Part II is mostly finished, but the story is changing faster than we can write it.

I am not permitted to go into specifics, but I can now comfortably say that in addition to the first 8, MANY additional bases have now had all personnel and materials mysteriously removed. It happened within the last week. In this case, the rooms are still there, but they are now empty -- except for some broken pieces of furniture.

I know this sounds ridiculous, but this is the situation. Apparently no one has died from any of these incidents. Audio recordings reveal the sounds of furniture sliding all over the place and people yelling for up to 24 hours before it stops.

I also had one of my most trusted sources independently confirm that the Monaco Accords did take place. When I asked why this was never mentioned before, I was told that until I asked the right questions, revealing that I already knew the answers, nothing could be said.

I must admit that since the sources who revealed this latest development to me have demonstrated profound trustworthiness, I was so overwhelmed about the news of the sheer number of bases that have now been affected by this campaign that I burst into tears.

I don't know how long it will take for the results of all this to be public for everyone, but it most definitely appears that the Old World Order are being forced to surrender by the same ETs that have systematically protected us from nuclear holocaust.]

TALKING ABOUT THE CUBAN MISSILE CRISIS AND ETS STOPPING NUCLEAR HOLOCAUST
I just watched X-Men First Class on DVD here and often wonder if the story of Mutants could be substituted with GFL ET's for how they might have helped stop WW3 near Cuba during the Missile Crisis. Something tells me their is a lot more to come out soon that may reveal that thought true. I think the movie was possibly testing our reaction to what might did happen as they like to do.

VANCOUVER, B.C. – The International Tribunal for Crimes of Church and State (www.itccs.org) will indict Vancouver, B.C. billionaire and Bilderberger Jim Pattison, Freya Zaltz, a B.C. Attorney General lawyer infiltrating public radio stations in Canada, named RCMP officers aiding and abetting Aboriginal genocide, and CFRO-FM staff and Board Members, including program director Leela Chinniah for aiding and abetting the coverup of genocide of First Nations children in Canada by Elizabeth Windsor, Head of State of Canada, and by Vatican. The ITCCS Tribunal indictments specifying these crimes are expected to be issued in London, U.K. in October 2011.

Assassination of key witness to murder of First Nations children personally committed by Elizabeth Windsor

In his interview Rev. Annett discusses the evidence the ITCCS Tribunal will be reviewing that Elizabeth Windsor and her consort Prince Philip did in October 1964 participate in the abduction and probable murder of 10 young First Nations children, taken by the Royal Couple using the power of Royal Leave from an Aboriginal residential boarding school in Kamloops, B.C.

These 10 children have never been seen since the abduction by the Royal couple during Elizabeth Windsor’s then state visit to Canada as its head of state.

Key witness William Coombes assassinated

William Coombes, a Canadian Aboriginal, was to have served as a sworn witness International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State (ITCCS) session as to crimes of torture, genocide and crimes against humanity personally committed by Elizabeth of Windsor (Queen Elizabeth II) and her consort Prince Philip in Canada in October 1964 at Kamloops, British Columbia.

In his interview, Rev. Kevin Annett sets out the prima facie evidence for Queen Elizabeth's and Prince Philip's personal involvement in the disappearance and presumed murder of these 10 Aboriginal children abducted by them from a residential school in Kamloops, BC in the period Oct. 5 - 13, 1964 and never seen again in their lives.

According to Rev. Annett’s recitation of the forensic evidence, it appears that William Coombes was assassinated on February 26, 2011 in St. Paul’s Hospital, Vancouver, BC, by a criminal conspiracy acting on behalf of Elizabeth Windsor and the Vatican to prevent William Coombe's testimony at the October 2011 Session of the International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State.

On August 9, 2011 Rev. Kevin Annett was detained at Heathrow Airport as he arrived in the U.K. to deliver lectures on the work of the ITCCS Tribunal, and was unlawfully expelled from the U.K. as part of the continuing coverup of child genocide by Elizabeth Windsor, Head of State of the United Kingdom.

Interview exposes coverup at public radio stations in Canada

In his exclusive interview, Rev. Annett:

(1) Exposes the underlying intent of a documented effort to get rid of public affairs programming at public radio stations, including his CFRO-FM program Hidden from History at which murdered eyewitness William Coombes was a frequent guest and flag ship public affairs programs like the Monday Brownbagger and Wakeup with Coop and the purging of long time and all progressive talk show hosts;

(2) Exposes the secret actions of Vancouver, B.C. billionaire and Bilderberger Jim Pattison to take over CFRO-FM, a listener sponsored Vancouver public radio station, and enforce the coverup of Aboriginal child genocide by Elizabeth Windsor. Elizabeth Windsor and other monarchs, the City of London Rothschilds, and the Wall Street-based Rockefellers were the prime movers behind and founded the Bilderberger group in 1954 to serve the interests of the British monarchy;

(3) Exposes to expose infiltration of a staff attorney in the BC Attorney General's office into public affairs programming and the Board of Directors of CFRO-FM (Vancouver, B.C.) in order to implement the coverup of child genocide by Elizabeth Windsor and her consort Prince Philip and implement the purge of public affairs programming and of progressive radio talk show hosts. Criminal co-conspiractor Freya Zaltz of the B.C. Attorney General's office was appointed to the Vancouver Co-op Radio board at its 2010 Annual General Meeting after debate on her appointment was prohibited;

(4) Exposes the unlawful shutdown of CKLN-FM (Toronto) through the same attorney in the B.C Attorney General’s office, who also gave false testimony at a Canadian Federal (Commission for Radio-television and Telecommunications (CRTC) hearing that led to the shut-down of CKLN-FM (Toronto), a public station in Toronto, Ontario and its public affairs programming. Rev. Annett makes the link between CFRO-FM and CKLN-FM to show that there is a larger pattern of shutting down public radio talk shows and stations in Canada;

(5) Exposes to expose the criminal conspiracy and manipulation by Vancouver billionaire and Bilderberger Jim Pattison and by CRFO-FM staff that led the abrogation of CFRO-FM’s members rights and to a right-wing board of directors being installed, and exposes the role of CFRO-FM program director Leela Chinniah in coordinating operational components of the criminal conspiracy to cover up Aboriginal child genocide by Elizabeth Windsor, Head of State of Canada.

China intends to start reducing its portfolio of US debt

The debt markets have been warned.

A key rate setter-for China's central bank let slip – or was it a slip? – that Beijing aims to run down its portfolio of US debt as soon as safely possible.

"The incremental parts of our of our foreign reserve holdings should be invested in physical assets," said Li Daokui at the World Economic Forum in the very rainy city of Dalian – former Port Arthur from Russian colonial days.

"We would like to buy stakes in Boeing, Intel, and Apple, and maybe we should invest in these types of companies in a proactive way."

"Once the US Treasury market stabilizes we can liquidate more of our holdings of Treasuries," he said.

To my knowledge, this is the first time that a top adviser to China's central bank has uttered the word "liquidate". Until now the policy has been to diversify slowly by investing the fresh $200bn accumulated each quarter into other currencies and assets – chiefly AAA euro debt from Germany, France and the hard core.

We don't know how much US debt is held by SAFE (State Administration of Foreign Exchange), the bank's FX arm. The figure is thought to be over $2.2 trillion.

The Chinese are clearly vexed with Washington, viewing the Fed's QE as a stealth default on US debt. Mr Li came close to calling America a basket case, saying the picture is far worse than when Ronald Reagan and Margaret Thatcher took over in the early 1980s.

Mr Li, one of three outside academics on China's MPC, described the debt deals on Capitol Hill as "just trying to by time", saying it will not be enough to stop America's "debt dynamic" turning dangerous.

Fair enough, but let us be clear: the reason China has accumulated the equivalent of 6pc of global GDP in reserves (like the US in the 1920s) is because it has held down its currency to gain market share. As Michael Pettis from Beijing University points out tirelessly, the mercantilist policy hollows out US industries and forces America to choose between debt bubbles or unemployment – or, of course, protectionism, though we are not there yet.

Until it abandons that core policy, it has to keep buying foreign assets and lots of dollars. The euro can absorb only so much – 800bn euros so far – before Europeans realize (the French already realize) that Chinese bond purchases are double edged, and the yen the Swissie can't absorb anything at all. (The governments are intervening to stop it). Besides, China has the same misgivings about euro debt as it does about dollar debt. Perhaps more so after Euroland's long-running soap opera.

So what Li Daokui said is not bad for the dollar as such. He said there is "$10 trillion" waiting to be invested in the US, if America will open its doors.

It is bad for bonds – or will be. The money will go into strategic land purchases all over the world, until the backlash erupts in earnest. It will go into equities, until Capitol Hill has a heart attack. It will go anywhere but debt.

Yet another reason to be careful of 10-year Treasuries and Bunds below 2pc yields. There is a big seller out there, just itching to let go.

Most don't want to hear the details of getting this done, they just want 'the money' and be done with it. Trick is, if they don't know the details, they are destined to repeat the same mistakes that put this world in a trick bag in the first place. Republicrats....democans what have you, folks working for the same people who've been running the show for the longest time. I do see some 'hatin' going on 'innocent vips' out here. You know 'judgement' can turn around and bite you right in the butt and can prove to be embarrassing too, if you're wrong. The world is a kabuki theatre right now, learn to watch and say nothing until you Know. Those who have hung for all these years are truly champions of a long hard slog.

I am now taking orally the DMSO we sell about 20 drops in a glass of water and will work up to 1 tablespoon as those in the playlist below do. I wish I had of known about this much sooner because I have gone through 13 years of shoulder and 11 years of back pain. This certainly looks very impressive and promising for all I have seen to date. I will share with you all my results.

very early morning .... I was on the call.

Intel was....Dan got a call late last night from high source in “a certain building” that it was done and
we would see it today/Monday and within 30 minutes they got 4 other calls from sources confirming the same thing.

Tony knows someone in Dubai who cashed out today...MONDAY in Dubai (they are 7 hours ahead of us)
at $5.25 to the GBP ($8.60) and purchased a Mercedes (from a trusted source of Tony’s).

Celebrating in Iraq and Kuwait and rate is $5.25 to GBP...Dan finds that rate very high.

Dan waiting for key high up financial and bank peeps to call him saying that the “buy hold” from
the Treasury has been released. Will have an impromptu call when they hear for sure. If not then
they will have a call at 1pm EST 10 a.m. PST with more intel.

They heard Sat. that it was held up but then Sunday night that no...that was a ruse and it is still on
for today as I outlined above.

I’m trying sum up the call. Dan had a q &a on the call. It was good.

More massive changes took place this past week, even as I writing to you last week program funds were loading up into countries and in the revalue of the country's currency. Then pinging began in response to the reception...computers talking to each other all over the planet. Of course the us was last to respond and not in a timely manner either...it took til thurs for the us to respond. Of course I saw and heard everyone blaming mr Obama for it...(as usual). Much to the rue of those who were trying with all their might to get rid of him with some trumped up stuff, those who are in the nosebleed seats watching over all this stuff, found the real source of the problem...it was bernanke holding out for a higher return on the dinar. I understand mr Maliki used his red phone to call the us, he wasn't waiting around while the us drug it's feet and let them know, he had the world's backing and could proceed on his own and did. At that point the us might as well 'ping' back, the hold out wasn't going to work. Busted...as I said many years ago, the us doesn't run the world, it just thinks it does. We are beholden to so many out there in the world, for turning america into the las vegas of the world. The tea party's basic concepts are wrong, thinking we can default and go it alone. Many things happened after the revolutionary war that would require a good look at the congressional records before assuming anything.

This gives an idea of how much tax money has been put here as a result of these various programs. Money that went or soon will be into the us treasury, and not a cent out of the the citizen on the street. So what purpose will the irs serve? Bush and Sec. Paulson knew this but couldn't ever get at it. The dancing around in congress is a joke, if you knew these basics. Some politicians know what's up and others have no clue, Biden has known of this for years but goes into silence at the very mention of these programs to be dispensed to the public. Reagan help set the us into a position to receive which, earned him a bullet for his efforts, he 'sinned' against the military industrial complex..trying to put the constitutional treasury back online and get rid of the fed. Same people that called Jacob Rothschild a traitor when he signed off on the fed in '09. It is important to look at ALL the information and not read it under your personal limited view of the whole. Opinions are like fly crap, in other words. Gonna remain a neanderthal because you understand that life and try to drag that ideology fwd anyhow, tho the world has changed? ET's have been around for a long time so what are you going to do when the government finally says, 'yea it's all true, sorry about that not telling you thing?

It isn't just money being shared across the planet, it's all the info about to be dumped and how we as citizens fit in. Some have had a vested interest in you remaining ignorant and have fought hard to keep the status quo. The tech alone, will blow people's minds, that's what I meant, we're leaving 'flintstone world and going to the 'jetson's. We must become adults and grow up, the universe is vast. The young one's are ready and upon them is the responsibility of leading the world into the future. The wheel of time continues to turn.....unstoppable until we go into 'non time'...if you can imagine that. 'Until time is no more'.
I have no idea, if there's anything left for them to do, before they call it a day, open that omega doorway and send the population to where it has to go but it's clear we're are smashed up against it. Arrests have continued on the resistence. This world will Not continue under the status quo, so get used to that and leaving what we got used to behind.
