Breaking News: Bank of America has halted foreclosures in all 50 states…..(you can bet all lenders/ servicers will soon follow).

By this time next week expect there to be a nationwide foreclosure moratorium. That moratorium will last…best guess...a few weeks.

Long time HREU students will remember there have been foreclosure moratoriums implemented now and then since the bubble popped.

Now what, what does this mean to you?

Honestly, not much.

Fact is that these homes have to be sold. The FHA (in a PR today) said the average ‘owner’ is staying in their home payment free for 18 months before actually having to move because of the foreclosure sale. So, with this robo-signers mess its realistic to assume that most non-paying homeowners will be able to stay in their homes for an added few months.

From an agent’s perspective this moratorium gives you more potential SHORT SALE opportunities.

For example, contact the owners who haven’t made a payment in…15-18 months (ForeclosureRadar.com) and offer your services as a ASD Agent (Accredited Short Sale Designation). Disaster in my home towns of SE Queensland Australia 10+ dead & 78+ missing

I was very busy when I heard about the flooding in my home area (where I was born in Ipswich and lived their and Toowoomba, Gatton, Redbank Plains near Goodna and spent all but the last 2 years of my life while in mid north QLD Townsville) of South East Queensland till yesterday and last night called my mum in SW Ipswich who had my brother and sister and adorable niece over. I called them after watching 4mins of this 25min youtube



This video just in the 1st few minutes hit home with me because I lived and spent time in these areas. The town Grantham in the Lockyer Valley between Brisbane and Toowoomba I am sure I did travel through from Gatton when I lived their in 2001 for University and 2003 with friends on a Goat Milk farm to do work up in Toowoomba. The Forest Hill town I went to in that time for its great pub with a pool table and juke box. I also attended Uni their in Gatton while working for the biggest Compost manufacturer in Queensland in 2005,6. I also visited with many farmers and did the local shows their for fun and selling the compost in order to help them go organic. Friends close to our family are also in the lockyer valley that I am going to check on now to make sure they are safe.

I found out my nan in NW Ipswich was without power for about 2 days and she is in her 80's and that part of Ipswich was cut off and like an Island surrounded by water. I will call my nan in afew hours. Luckily she had my aunt to look after her on the new island.

In my call to my mum my bro Michael shared the horrors of the wall of water hitting the Lockyer Valley town of Grantham with many floating bodies (I am guessing many of the missing are probably dead, unfortunately probably in what this guy recorded) that made the local want to destroy his video footage he had taken recording that. I have been thinking of that all night. It really hits my guts and makes me well up (become teary eyed).

I found these google maps of the area with info relevant to the flooding and evacuations.

I found this which helps explain how it all happened with the rainfall and how widespread it is.

Flash floods hit Brisbane Australia’s 3rd largest city

Summary of latest events:

• At least two people have been killed and seven others are missing after a flash flood swept through the city of Toowoomba, west of Brisbane.

• Floods have swamped the town of Dalby again, the town is evacuated.
• Town of Gympie is inundated
• The towns of Kilcoy and Toogoolawah in the Brisbane Valley have been cut off by floodwaters
• Heavy rains reported in south-east Queensland and Darling Downs
• Forecasters say heavy rains will continue to ravage the flooded areas for the next 48 to 72 hours
• Several flooded towns “remain under siege from rain”
• More flooding to hit northern NSW

FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR LOCKYER CREEK

Issued at 8:37 PM on Monday the 10th of January 2011 by the Bureau of Meteorology, Brisbane.

Very heavy rainfalls have been recorded in the Toowoomba, Crows Nest and Gatton area and have caused extreme rises in the upper Lockyer Creek between Helidon and Gatton with the peak currently arriving in the Glenore Grove area.

Record flood levels of 18.92 metres were recorded at Gatton this evening before the station failed. This level is well above the previous record peak of 16.33 metres from the February 1893 flood.

Very fast and dangerous rises are occurring downstream of Gatton to Glenore Grove and will extend downstream to Lyons Bridge and O’Reilly Weir during Monday night and Tuesday morning.

Contact the SES on 132 500 for emergency assistance if required.

Without Warning?

Toowoomba’s mayor said the scale of the floods was “unbelievable” and that it had left the city in shock.

‘It’s a real disaster scene where I’m standing at the moment in Russell Street, Toowoomba. There’s furniture and furnishings and it’s just blown shops away.”Mayor Peter Taylor said

”We have a railway line about 60 or 70m (230ft) suspended in mid-air and two cars that are virtually unrecognizable that have floated and smashed into the rail.”

Queensland Deputy Police Commissioner Ian Stewart said police had received numerous calls from people needing to be rescued, a report said.

“We’ve had multiple calls requesting urgent assistance from people caught in vehicles, caught on the street, caught in flood ways,” he said.

“It is an evolving and obviously quite desperate situation for them,” he said. “There has been no warning of this event.”

I just heard from my Step mother SE Queensland here are her words "they are forecasting floods to exceed the 1974 floods and thousands of homes expected to be inundated in Brisbane and Ipswich, with the peak expected on Thursday 13th. 9 people have been confirmed dead with many more missing after a flash flood in Toowoomba and the Lockyer Valley yesterday afternoon. Southern Qld is a disaster area." and with us here in SW Florida my wife is saying this rain never happens this time of year but only summer, so it seems to be Earth Ascension symptoms, lol. My wife also had been bed ridden for 7 days from the 12-24 and is now finally at 90% after alot of Chiropractic Doctor visits, homeopathy, colloidal silver and now mms. The vertigo (feeling the room is spinning around her) come on so suddenly for the 1st time in her life and we both think it could be related for sure with the shift in play.

Scientists and geologists all agree the Earth has experienced many pole shifts in the past. There is growing evidence that the Earth's magnetics are definitely changing and the changes are accelerating.

For years Sheldan has educated us about Earth's physical transformation which includes a pole shift BUT NOT THE KIND MOST PEOPLE TALK ABOUT. POLE SHIFT On EarthWatchers website is posted a short excerpt from an AGU meeting discussing eruptions from the other side of the sun. During the Q&A, a man asked the question about the changes in Earth's magnetics and asked what they thought about a polar shift. Judging by the way the man immediately to his left snaps his neck around in surprise demonstrates this speaker was not expected to say anything about the polar shift. The NOAA Scientist's comments are brief but support Sheldan's information that the south pole is migrating inward. GREG BRADEN Greg is always a favorite of mine. In this video Greg comments on a tv news clip about Tampa International Airport readjusting its runways due to the movement of the Earth's magnetic fields. The airport has closed its primary runway until Jan. 13 to change taxiway signs to account for the shift, the Federal Aviation Administration reported. I believe Earth will shift from a bi-polar planet to a mono-polar planet. Gaia and all her people will experience a dimensional shift. I agree with all his other comments.

I think that is what is stifling this whole Republic movement. We have nothing to fear but fear itself. We really need to help improve communications to quick grow the republic in all of America asap if we hope to achieve quick remedies. We can not expect that those at the top do all the work and need to offer our assistance to help the whole asap.

We all need to work on getting our respective county de jure grand juries up and running. It is imperative to get those in place as soon as possible. If you want to have a meeting in your county, gather like-minded folks in your area. Michael will be glad to come assist with the organizing of your county.

There will be a meeting held in Palm Beach County, in the City of Delray Beach. Ambassador Michael Bishop will be there to answer questions. We will be signing people up for the Republic. Bring your recruits and anyone interested in hearing more about this exciting opportunity for freedom. All current Sovereigns are invited to attend and lend their experience. We need your assistance if these county Grand Juries are going to be raised up and functioning within the 30-60 day time-frame necessary. We will assist and support you in your counties as well. This is an effort which must happen if we want our country back!

Sorry Merry Christmas & Happy New Years I have been busy with bedridden newly wed wife since 24th

Well I hope you all had a Merry Christmas and Happy New year and apologize for not saying sooner as I have been very busy with looking after my wife who has been bed ridden for the last 7 days till yesterday when she spent most of the day and night at the lounge getting into her thing which I have just also listened to and favorited on my youtube. Angela came down with an ear infection that I think spread too her gums that caused severe vertigo (dizziness), nausea(feeling like sending food the reverse to eating it,lol) , and more ie the what comes after nausea reversal of eating, lol. We both missed out on sharing Christmas with the family and New Years but did see the New Years celebrations with the Fireworks all around us from our front door that went on for 10 to 30 mins or more full on. Man you yanks sure love to let loose with things that go bang, lol.

With Angela Colloidal Silver and homeopathic drops helped the infection along with a Doctors Chiropractic adjustments. We are now making up some mms miracle mineral solution we think will kick this infection to the kerb more-so then what she has done so far. Unfortunately for herself Angela gave the mms I told her to get for herself to her aunt, which cured her AIDS per the Doctors tests and so we have not had any and only days ago was able to order and receive the mms DIY ingredients. I think we both have learnt so much about this like how Ibuprofen an Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drug kills and causes serious side effects including taking away the protective mucus layer from the gastrointestinal tract and wish we had just taken the mms miracle mineral solution on a regular basis as I wanted Angela to do. Angela is starting to learn I do know what I am talking about and the value of a good Chiropractic Doctor and getting off the nerve toxins aspartame and MSG. Never mind we all learn from our experiences and I am certainly not perfect, lol but almost, lol.

I think Angela was testing the wedding vows in sickness and in health line, lol, as it only took 2 days till she was sick.
